"Nicki , Nicki wake up. "
I said shaking her softly she looked at me then went back to sleep.
"Nicki a nigga starvin. "
"So what go cook yourself something."
Nicki said rocking back and forth in the chair.
"Ugh! You are being mean and I don't like it let's go out. "
Nicki's eyes meet with August, August was standing with his arms crossed and his lips poked out.
"I know you are not acting like a baby,chill my nigga. "
"Come on bae. "
August said kissing her for head.
"Fine Auggie were are we going ."?
"Any were you want to bae. "
I smiled and got Harmony out of her crib she looked up at me and latched on to my hand. Then she put her whole fist in her mouth and nibbled on it.
"Awwww August look at your baby she is too cute. "
"Ga keep calm that OUR baby."
I laughed he is so corny but its cute.
"Is it cold outside."?
"Yeah 55° outside. "
Nicki changed Harmony's dipper and put her on the all purple Jordan jump suit with matching shoes. August went off to his room and got dressed,Nicki still had on August's long white T-shirt that stopped at mid thigh.
Nicki picked up the baby and walked to August room to see him putting a shirt over his head then singing in the mirror. Nicki has a puzzled look on her face she still couldn't believe he could sing.
"Auggie do you have some sweat pants I can ware and a shirt."?
"Yea I do ,you get ready and give me daddy's baby. "
August said getting harmony out of Nicki's hands.
I put on the gray sweats with a white polo shirt I brushed my hair up into a neat pony tail. Then I took a mirror selfie I put on Instagram within 30 seconds I got 258 likes.
Nicki walked downstairs to see August playing with Harmony and talking to her all she did was giggle. I let out a small smile there bond is to cute,I respect him for being a single dad.
"I'm ready honey. "
I put on my shoes and kissed August cheek.
"Alrite let's go. "
We got into the car it was so cold August turned on the heat and the seat warmers. The wind was howling and leaves were flying as we drove. I looked over at August and smiled I intertwined my fingers with his. His touch sent chills down my whole body ,he was driving with one hand and laid back in the seat. I looked in the back seat to see Harmony wide awake playing with her hands also trying to eat them.
"I love you ma, no matter what we may go threw I'm gone be here Always trust me. Do you trust me "?
He said putting his hand on my inner right thigh.
"Yes I trust you , love you more. Man its crazy because I feel such a strong connection between you and I. That words can't explain. "
Nicki said looking out the window looking up at the night stars. Feeling the cold crisp air the window was cracked.
