"Hey mama "
Nicki said getting into the black hummer.
"Hey bitch I missed you. "
"I've missed you more so what we doing."
"Can we go to the steak house."
Nicki said getting ready to text august.
"Of course guess what"?
Chyna's eyes lit up with joy.
"What boo"
"I'm having a boy"
A tear slipped out of her eye.
"Awwwww Chyna. I cannot wait until he gets here."
"I know I wanted a girl but oh well you gone have to help me think of names."
"Well duh I will."
"What's up with you and my brother"
Chyna said trying to find a parking spot.
"Girl he still on bull shit,I thought he would have changed. But I guess not."
Nicki said taking off her seat belt and walking toward the doors. With Chyna right behind her.
"What you mean on bull shit"
They found a table to sit at the waiter came with menus.
"He act like a little boy he can't control His damn anger. Q called me then August gone answer it. Making threats and shit. I'm telling him its not that serious. But no he threw the phone at me and hit me in my lip."
Chyna mouth had dropped she couldn't believe August was acting this way.
"Damn boo just leave him. Let him know you are not to be played with. Teach him a lesson."
"I feel you but I love him so fuckin much I don't know what I would do without him."
Nicki let out a sigh she looked at the menu.
"Ready to order."?
"Yes I will have the steak taco's with a side of fries."
"And for you."?
She said asking Chyna.
"Can I have the loaded bake potato with the New York steak"
She took our orders and went back to make our food.
"So Nicki I was thinking let's have this baby shower next Saturday"
Chyna said taking a sip from her drink.
"I cannot wait, will Tre be there "?
Nicki said looking at her phone.
"Um yea why"?
She snapped back.
"Girl I was just asking calm down."
"Trust boo I am."
"Okay.."
They both rolled there eyes at each other. Nicki still had a thing for her long lost friend.
The food came then they ate. And had small talk about the baby shower.
"Thanks for taking us out."
"Yup I'm full I feel like I'm about to pop.."
"You look like it."
Just then Nicki turned around to see Q and some other girl. Walking hand &hand with a little girl on his hip.
"Chyna look at this shit."
"Gir-l"
She stopped in her tracks.
"I should walk over there and be messy."
"Don't do that boo. Keep it cute"
"But he was just calling me last night. "
"Hell nawl he trying to play you. "
"He ain't playin shit fuck him.."
They both got into the car the ride was silent.
"Thank you baby call me later."
Nicki said getting out if the and finding her house keys.
"Okay ! See you later."
Chyna said waving Nicki off.
Nicki walked into the house to see it was empty. August must have went out for a minute.
So she decided to go lay down and watch tv. Something wasn't right

"Hello"
August said out of breath.
"What are you doing and were you at."?
She said starting to strip out of her clothes.
"I-mm I'm at my mama house on my way."
"Were Harmony"
"She right here. "
Nicki let out a sigh knowing August was lying.
"Okay bye."
He didn't even say bye.
man what am I doing that's not good enough for him. I try to be here for him I just want the best for August. Why can't he see that ? I'm tired of being tired I just want somebody to love me. The same way I love them.. I thought August would be so different but looks can be deceiving. I thought I could trust him I'm not like other girls. I stay in the house and just do me. I cook clean etc. But he don't see the small things I do.
I think its just time for me to move on I don't want to give up to fast. It takes to people in a relationship not just one.
Starting Monday I'm looking for a job &my own home. August and I can still be friends. But this love shit I can't do it no more.
Then Nicki broke down after all the stuff she has been through hit her at once.
August walked in the room with guilt all over his face..
"Why you crying"
August said trying to kiss her.
She turned her head.
"Move August."
She got up off the floor and pushed him on purpose.
"What the fuck did I do to you.."?
"Nicki I know you hear me"!
"August can't you see I love you."
"I know you love me. I love you to."
"August I know I'm not the only one."
"Why would you call this love when you know it wasn't."?
Nicki said packing the rest of her clothes.
"Bae co'mon I love you. "
"No you don't. "
Nicki went downstairs to the living room.
August wasn't telling not to go he just went back upstairs and closed his door. This hurt Nicki even more.
Y'all see this shit I'm starting to question his loyalty.
