That night I slept peacefully, when I awoke, I forgot where I was for a moment and then became very happy when I remembered, I was at my family's house. I got out of bed and walked out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen. My family wasn't awake yet, I had forgotten they all sleep in a lot. I sat down at the kitchen table and rested my head on the smooth wood. I left the light off. After a moment, I fell asleep, my head resting on my hands.

"Josiah?"

I awoke so fast I had to take a moment to grasp the world. My sister was standing beside me with a curious look on her face.

"What is it?" I asked quietly.

"I was wondering why you were sleeping here?"

"Oh, I came down here to think but then fell asleep." I replied.

She smiled.

"Can I ask you a personal question?"

I frowned.

"Okay."

"You said your life was "pretty good" what did you mean?"

"Well, I meant, most people my age wouldn't have a house so I'm doing really great in life."

It sounded a little uncertain, like I didn't know what I meant.

"How did you get enough money for a house, you must have a really good job."

"Ya. I guess."

"What do you do for fun?"

"Umm, watch movies and read books."

"Oh! What's your favourite book then?"

"I don't really have one, but if I'd have to pick one... I'd say 'The False Prince'.

"I've never heard of it."

"Do you want cereal for breakfast? or toast? oatmeal? pancakes?"

"I'll just have cereal, thank you" I replied.

She walked over to a cupboard and took out a box of cereal, it was 'fruit loops'.

After breakfast my parents insisted on playing a family game, it all felt too... perfect. Having a family again, not being alone. I didn't feel alone anymore.

"Last card!" My sister shouted.

We were playing countdown crazy eights, like normal crazy eights but when you run out of cards you then pick up 7 new cards and each time you run out of cards you pick up one less cards then the time before. I was currently at 5, my sister was at 2, my mother was at 1 and my father was at 4.

"Too bad Ariella because look."

My mom put down her last card and gave Ariella a big smile.

"I won!" She exclaimed.

I was sitting on the couch in the living room after the game when I thought I should call Elana and Damian Barton to give them answers. I called Mr. Barton first explaining everything that had happened. Then I called Elana.

"Hello?"

"Hey, it's me, um it's Josiah."

"Oh My God, how are you? Where have you been? I saw the news, was that you?"

"Uh, Im fine, I'm visiting my family, y'a it was me on the news but I was being forced to." I answered.
