*Kelsey's POV*

"Mommy!" Colton shouted, running up to me. We were at Duncan's house. I had just moved the last of my stuff in, and Duncan was cleaning out the new nursery.

"What's wrong honey?" I asked, scooping the four year old up into my arms.

"Nuffing, I just wanted to say I love you!" He wrapped his arms tightly around my neck, and I grinned. The kid sure knew how to cheer a person up.

"I love you too, baby," I planted a kiss on his forehead. "Did you help Daddy with the baby's room today?" He nodded his head, and I could feel him falling asleep. "I think it's time for a nap, what do you think?" He nodded his head again, so I carried him up to his room and tucked him in.

I walked across the hall, peeking my head in the baby's room. Duncan just about had everything cleaned out.

"Lookin' good babe."

"Me or the room?" He asked, coming up and wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I was thinking both," I leaned up, kissing him quickly.

"Where's Colton?"

"I just put him down for a nap. He called me mommy today," I said gleaming.

"I figured he would. I swear sometimes you raised him more than his own. You're a great mom," He kissed me.

"I think I'm gonna step out for a little bit, Duncs. I kind of want to go look for a few baby things. I'll be back in a couple hours."

"Okay babe. I'm gonna prime the room and then we can talk about colors." He kissed me again and I left.

I walked down Michigan Ave., just waiting for something to pop out at me. I knew it was a little early to be looking for baby items yet, but I was going stir crazy after finding out the gender of Bri's babies. I was so impatient to know what Duncs and I were having. I wanted a boy, but I'd be equally happy with a girl.

Just then, something in the corner of my eye caught my attention. It was the cutest little gray, fuzzy elephant. It occurred to me exactly what theme the baby's room should be.

*Patrick's POV*

I stared at my phone screen. Kelsey had just uploaded a picture of a stuffed elephant to Instagram, saying she knew what theme their baby's room was going to be. I was overcome with sadness. Why did I sign over my rights? That was my baby. I had to get Kelsey back at any cost.

I walked into Bri's office. Thankfully she was sitting at her desk.

"What?" She asked, obviously not happy to see me.

"Look, I need your help. I want Kelsey back."

"Fuck off," she spat.

"No, Brianna, seriously. I need her in my life. I want my baby." I was helpless.

"Pretty sure that ship is long gone, asshole. She gave you every chance in the world to make things right, and now that she's happy you just HAVE to go fuck that up for her. Do both of yourselves a favor and stay FAR away from her, Duncan, and their children. As far as I'm concerned, that isn't your baby."

I walked out of her office and slammed the door. I was going to win Kelsey back no matter what.
