My eyes opened and I stood up. I heard shuffling.
"What the heck? Why is it so cramped in here?" Susie.
There was a little more shuffling and squishing and the light was turned on. We were in what seemed to be an abandoned classroom. It was trashed, a checkerboard and pawns strewn across the room along with decker cards.
A worn stuffed cat (oddly like Seam) was leant against the wall, primary coloured blocks and a fuzzy purple carpet were also in the room.
"The unused classroom? How did we end up in here?" Susie wondered aloud.
"Uh, guys... What happened?" Susie asked. We were all back into our clothes from this morning.
Susie asked more questions, and walked out of the "unused classroom". Kris and I walked out and Susie still looked like she was struggling to figure out what was going on.
We walked over to the storage room -where we previously started from- and stood there for a few moments.
"Did that seriously just happen? Or was it all a joke?" Susie punched the wall out of frustration.
She calmed down enough to place a hand on both mine and Kris' shoulders. "You two, let's go back there tomorrow, alright?" Then she walked off.
We walked closer to the school entrance when Kris got a call.
"I was hanging out with some friends," He mumbled.
"Yeah... Okay mom." He ended the call and we walked out.
"I don't really wanna go home right now. Do you wanna go somewhere specific?" Kris asked.
"Uhh.." I thought for a second and smiled. "Yeah, I saw a flower shop at the top the other day. I didn't get a chance to see it."
He nodded and we headed towards the top of town. Kris talked (well, not really) to a few of his neighbours as we passed through town. We got to the flower shop and walked through the doors. Tending to some flowers, a large goat man that resembled Ms. Toriel had his back facing us.
Miraculously, he noticed us behind him without looking.
"Please wait just a second, I just need to finish watering these flowers." He watered up one last collum of flowers before turning to face us. He made eye-contact with me and then Kris.
He gasped and ran up to Kris, enveloping him in a huge teddy bear hug.
I looked over at the two, and Kris did not seem to feel comfortable. His arms were awkwardly sticking out and his teeth were clenched.
The goat man realised and let Kris go patting his shoulder with a sorry look. "I.. I am sorry Kris. I forgot you don't like hugs like that anymore."
He glanced over to me again and smiled sweetly, dispite having a voice as deep as a tuba.
"You must be Y/N, the new human. Alphys told me all about you." He held out his paw which I took and shook.
"It's nice to meet you sir." I greeted with a small smile.
"Please, call me Asgore! No need for formalities." He laughed deeply. I blinked and smiled sheepishly.
"Right, sorry." I apologized, and he laughed again but didn't say anything.
"Well, a friend of Kris is a friend of mine. Make yourselves at home, young ones." He got back to work, but still kept an eye on us every now and again.
I had a look at all of the flowers, ranging from wild flowers to garden flowers. I caught sight of something golden in my peripheral vision. I turned to look at it, to see it was a single golden buttercup in a vase by the cash machine.
