SEQUEL

The long awaited sequel!!

You guys have no idea how HARD I cringed when I read what I wrote. UGHGHHGHGH, my Asian eyes became smaller :')

Also don't blame me for the names, I know they're super, super....

Cringy.

Yeah.

Anyway, onwards!

"Liam Grey Herron-Avery, get down here or you're going to be late!" Zach yelled at the top of his lungs. "I gotta go to the company!" Zach smiled as he thought of something that his son would absolutely hate.

"If you don't come down right now I won't give you a snickers bar after school!" 

"NOOOOO!" Came the squeal of a 7-year-old boy. "I want my snickers!" 

"Then get in the car, kiddo, or you're going to be late," Zach chuckled as his son opened the back door. 

"Xavier was being mean to me yesterday," Liam pouted, his face scrunching up in a way that made him adorable. 

"Oh yeah? What'd he do?" Zach asked, concern lacing his voice.

"He held my hand and made my stomach do weird things," The young boy stared out the window as Zach looked at him in the rearview mirror, a small smile starting to make its way to his face.

"You know what you should do? You should kiss him on the nose and make his stomach do the same thing," Zach joked, but when he saw the determined nod of his 7-year-old, he nearly stopped the car out of shock.

"I will get my revenge!" He said, and cackled in an evil but completely adorable way. Zach chuckled, thinking of how cute his son was. When him and Jack had adopted him, they didn't know what to name him. The end result was each parent thinking of a name and mashing the two together to come up with the baby's name, and Liam Grey Herron-Avery was officially the child of Zach and Jack. Jack was working at his record label, while Jonah and Daniel had adopted and now had a 7-year-old called Xavier. Corbyn had met Christina while they were on tour, and had hit it off ever since. Corbyn was proposing in 2 weeks, and Zach was really excited.

"Daddy?"

"What's on your mind, nugget?"

"When can we see Uncle Jonah and Uncle Daniel?" 

"Today. They're coming over with Xavier so you'll have someone to play with, and then you can get your revenge," Zach saw his 7-year-old rub his hands together, trying to look evil but ultimately failing.

"I'm getting my revenge on him in school!" He said as they stopped in front of the school's drop-off area.

"Alright then. Have a good day at school, nugget!" Zach yelled just before the car door slammed shut. Just then, his phone rang. Zach connected the call to the bluetooth to the speaker.

"Hey, did he end up getting to school on time?" Jack's voice came through on the line.

"Yeah, I had to bribe him with a snickers bar. Man, parenting is hard," Zach pulled away from the school and drove towards Jack's location which was a blue dot on his phone.

"Tell me 'bout it. Remember when he used to wake up crying all the damn time?"

"Don't remind me," Zach groaned. "Apparently, Xavier has been being mean to our son," He continued in an amused voice.

"How?"

"By 'holding my hand and making my stomach do weird things' according to Liam," Zach smiled as he heard Jack's laugh over the phone.

"What'd you tell him to do?"

"Kiss Xavi on the cheek and make his stomach do the same thing."

"You're such a romantic, I swear to God," Jack groaned.

"You love it though."

"Yeah, I do."

"Nugget forgot it was his birthday today, I'm coming over now to pick you up from the store. You have all the stuff, right?" Zach asked. 

"Yeah, everything. Oh, I forgot the piñata," 

"This is exactly why you need me in your life," Zach joked, making a right turn. "I'll drive around the parking lot for a bit."

"Wait, you're already here?" 

"If you'd pay more attention, you'd notice that the store is only 5 minutes away from Liam's school."

"Aw, fuck you."

"Been there, done that. Oh, I see you." Zach hung up as stopped in front of Jack, the older male putting items in the trunk.

"C'mon, let's plan our nugget's birthday party." 

Time skippp

The minute the door to the house opened, everyone leaped out of their hiding places and Liam shrieked, hiding behind Xavier. 

"Happy birthday, Liam!" Everyone screamed, as Liam stared openmouthed at all the decorations.

"It's my birthday?" He asked, confused. Xavier held his hand and beamed at him, the gap where his two front teeth would be making him seem more adorable.

"Yeah! C'mon, let's go to the pool!" Xavi said as he dragged Liam towards his room, the two boys blushing as they went inside to grab their swim trunks.

"I ship it already," Christina stated.

"I know, right? They're absolutely adorable!" Zach gushed as he looked at the two boys splashing around in the pool.

"Hey, remember when....." And just like that, the entire afternoon was spent by the adults reminiscing the 'old times', as they called it, while the two boys were splashing around and may have kissed once(close-mouthed, they're SEVEN!).

"Liam! Xavi! Time for cake!" Was all that needed to be said and the two boys rushed inside, the two of them gaping at the cake. It was covered in snickers and was lined with gumdrops with a little sign that said 'Happy Birthday Liam!'. The seven-year-old stared at the cake as the candles lit up, the adults and Xavi singing the birthday song. At the end, he closed his eyes and blew out the candle, Jack helping him cut a piece.

After the two boys had been put to bed despite the amount of sugar they'd both had, Jonah and Daniel had left telling Zach and Jack to make sure Xavi woke up on time the next morning after the sleepover, to which they'd both obliged. Christina and Corbyn left, and after the door shut, Jack collapsed onto the couch, Zach laying on his chest.

"That was a whole lotta work," He sighed, closing his eyes.

"It was worth it though," Zach mumbled.

"I'm so happy I met you, Zach. I don't know where I'd be without you." 

"Thank you, I get that a lot," Zach's voice started to become sluggish, his head dipping lower on Jack's chest.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

THIS IS OFFICIALLY OFFICIALLY DONE! 

Wow it feels great. Thank you so much to all of you guys who read this while I was updating, it means a lot.

I will try to update My Exact Opposite tomorrow, but I might not have time because I have a basketball tournament.
