The sunlight was making it hard to keep sleeping so her eyes fluttered open, and she sighed dreamily at the sight of Roger sleeping beside her. He then opened one eye and then closed it quickly, pretended to be asleep.

"Were you looking at me?", she asked curiously as then he opened his eyes, smiled and nodded softly. "I already told you to take a picture so you wouldn't be caught staring", she joked.

"Already did", he held the instant photos that he took off under the blankets, making her blush and take the pictures in her hands that consisted of her sleeping peacefully, and then pictures of him putting his head with hers and pretending to be sleeping in the picture.

"You really are something else", she mumbled with a big grin on her face.

He then brought her closer and took the pictures in his hand so he could place them in the nightstand at his right. "Slept well?", he asked while taking a strand of her hair and playing with it.

"Yeah, didn't hear snoring so I actually slept well - you know Deaky snores like a bear", she said making him laugh as he nodded while remembering the times he slept with Deaky or when he heard him sleeping at the studio.

"You are really close to him,"

"Well, he was the only part of my family that didn't treat me like trash most of the time, so yeah", she shrugged as her back was already on his chest. He wished she wouldn't feel nor hear how fast his heart was beating in that instant. "I spent most of my time in his house, fooling around and dragging him out to drink".

"I actually applaud that you literally didn't give a shit and left your house to live better", Roger said while now stroking her hair at the top of her head.

"I just did anything to feel better", she mumbled and then giggled at the sound of Roger's stomach pleading for food.

"I don't want to get up", he said, hiding his face on her hair.

"But I'm hungry", she pouted at him as she turned her head to stare at his ocean eyes that were twinkling.

"Might offer you my amazing breakfast if you could pay me - and I give you an incredible offer - with a kiss", and he extended his lips as if awaiting for one kiss. She rolled her eyes but still softly kissed his lips.

"Done", she said, trying to get up, but he held her tighter and even made his way on top of her.

"Not quite", he muttered over her lips before sharing one kiss after another.

She felt her stomach was full of butterflies and fireworks, and the blood was going straight to her cheeks as he played with his hair, and he smiled over the kiss. He loved that. They way they were feeling was incomparable, as neither of them wanted to let go at all. Audrey was now looking him straight in the eye before having a laughing fit as she heard his stomach growling again.

"As much as I want to stay like this, we must give your stomach something", she teased, and he nodded and got out of her way so she could stand up.

"Lovely", he said as she stood up. She realised that she was wearing his clothes and rolled her eyes, taking a pillow to throw at him.

"It's comfortable!"

Both of them were now fooling around the kitchen as Roger insisted on cooking something. She was making some coffee so they could drink it with the scrambled eggs and bacon he was making joyfully as he sang some Elvis song that she couldn't remember the title, and even though his voice was usually high-pitched, it sounded really good as he was singing in a low voice intending to imitate Elvis.

She couldn't believe how much of a good time she was having with him.

Now they were sitting on the table, eating and looking at each other with funny faces. It seemed sometimes that words weren't needed between them. Roger was good at making faces, and she almost snored her coffee out of her nose more than once. "Stop it!", she shouted, laughing as she took a napkin to clear her mouth.

"Can't stop, if it makes you smile, then I might do it a hundred times... you have such a lovely smile!", he held her hand while she was putting her napkin down.

Audrey then came down from her high. They were not a couple, yet the attraction between them was so obvious. She hoped he could leave his ladies' man life behind, but she knew that there was no exclusivity between them. Today, he might be all sweet and lovely with her, then tomorrow he might have someone else in his arms.

He wasn't ready, somehow, to face his growing feelings for the amazing woman he had in front of her. Not that he was scared, but he knew he would hurt her sometime since he couldn't say no to all the girls that would get in his way.

And it was sad because he wanted to live his life as much as he could before settling down. He was sure he wanted to settle down someday with someone like Audrey.

And even though they would hurt at each other by only fooling around with such strong feelings that neither of them were brave enough to admit, they couldn't stop craving for the other one's gaze or touch.

"I should go", she muttered as they now ended their breakfast that ended with both of them thinking hard. He looked up to her.

"Stay."

"Deaky must be already in my flat, and he would go crazy if he knew I spent the night here", she said while standing up.

"Let me take you home, then", he said, standing up, and she nodded.

She didn't really want to put on her last night's dress, so she actually stole a pair of blue jeans from Roger under his shocked eyes as his jeans actually fitted her quite well.

"That means you have the legs of a girl", she stuck out her tongue to tease him, but it ended in him pulling her close to give her a peck or two.

He was so pleased to see his grey shirt and his blue jeans on her body, even though she was barefoot because she hated the idea of wearing those high heels again. On the way home, they sang at whatever came in the radio, and when Killer Queen was being played, both of them were thrilled at it and sang their lungs out.

It was now the time to say goodbye as he stood beside her in her flat door, and they looked at each other with a smile.

"You are amazing, you know that?", she said to him with a big grin.

"Yeah, I'm aware of it...", he teased and then hugged her tight. "Whenever I'm with you, I don't want to be anywhere else,"

"Stop it, prince charming!", she said while softly hitting his arm playfully.

They were looking at each other and about to share one last kiss before he would go, until Mary was squealing a few meters far from them. "I knew it!", she said in a high-pitched voice that made Roger and Audrey stop in their tracks, surprised and nervous. "Oh, don't mind me, end your business... I will just step in and wait for the lovely lady here", she said while pushing between them and taking Audrey's keys from her hands to get in her flat.

"Well, fuck", she muttered as they were left alone again. But he shook his head and held her tight again.

"Don't worry, she won't say anything if you ask her to"

"I'm just glad it wasn't Deaky or Chrissy or Ronnie, then we would be really fucked up", she said while sighing. "You have to go, you had enough of me already".

"Right", he mumbled and then kissed her quickly while cupping her face. Then he kissed her forehead. "Call me or don't, I will still call you before we go on tour", his ocean eyes were staring at her with such esteem that it made her blush.

"Alright", she said in a low voice while smiling.

He couldn't help but peck her lips again before going to his car and waving goodbye, not really wanting to go. She waved him back and waited for him to go before entering her flat where Mary was sitting in her couch with a cheeky smile and a glass of wine in her hand. "Come on my child, tell me your secrets now".

Audrey rolled her eyes but sat beside her and told her everything about last night and that morning to Mary's delight. She was smiling the whole time, only looking sad when telling her about how insecure she felt about the future once again.

"You think too much", Mary said while passing her the glass of wine. "You have to sit back and enjoy the ride... even if it's painful, I'm here to help you"

Her posh accent made everything better, as Audrey was now gulping down the wine even though it was only eleven a.m. That morning had surely been a rollercoaster full of emotions.
