"May I have this dance birthday girl?"

His intense gaze never left mine as he patiently waited for my answer. Glancing at his extended hand, he didn't have to wait long as I flat out told him, "Sorry but I don't dance with strangers"

Instead of taking offence, the tall man smiled once again, "Wary are we?"

"No" I stated, "I just don't see the need of dancing with someone I don't know"

Not waiting for his reply, I turned to face Sofia but watching the scene before me, I wasn't even shocked to see her closely dance with latino boy over there. From the way she was attached to him, you would think they've known each other for a while.

Instantly, the scent of vanilla slowly filled my nostrils as I felt him slowly approaching me behind. "Since your friend is occupied, it wouldn't hurt to have just one dance with me" he whispered in my ear.

God, he was so persistent.

Deciding to give him just one dance so he could get off my back, I nodded in agreement. Besides, he was also attractive, I guess that was a score for me too.

Unexpectedly, the handsome stranger wrapped his arm around my stomach before pulling me against his hard chest. My body gave slight tingles as I felt his heat against mine but yet I said, "You could have given a heads up"

"Sometimes the unexpected things are the most enjoyable parts of life" was his immediate response.
And feeling the familiar tingles run through me as he placed his hands on my hips, this guy couldn't have been more right.

On cue, 'Dancing with a stranger by Sam Smith' began playing through the speakers, setting the mood to a very sensual one.

I don't wanna be alone tonight

He moved my hips slowly against his while the music played. Our bodies mingling together as his hands made a downward and upward movement along both sides of my figure.

It's pretty clear that I'm not over you

My hands positioned themselves behind his neck, my waist steadily wining to the beats of the music. Our movements continued in sync as he once again whispered against my neck, "Are you ready?"

What?

Look what you made me do

Letting go of my hips, the blue eyed stranger suddenly grabbed my hand and spinned me out of his grasp before quickly bringing me back into his embrace, our chests pressed against each other and eyes locked together.

I exhaled a breathe.

It was so sudden that I gave out a slight chuckle but quickly caught myself and stopped.

I'm dancing with a stranger

With my arms once again wrapped around his neck and his around my waist, we slowly moved together. Our hot breathe blended in unison and our skins touched in every place I could think of.    It was distracting enough but I didn't let my gaze for once, falter from his.

He smiled but I didn't convey any emotion on my face. The only proof of me being affected by this intimacy was my poor heart beating rapidly. I had never danced like this with anyone...actually I can't remember the last time I have ever danced with a man before.

Each dance move we made left me absolutely breathless and when he grabbed my long leg exposed from my slit dress, raising it against his hip, I couldn't have thought about anything that could have turned me on more.

I'm dancing, I'm dancing

He glided us across the dance floor before slowly dipping me low. Our faces close to each other and lips almost touching but before he could do anything to provoke me, blue eyed stranger thankfully brought me back up.
