They started walking when the sky turned dark and the stars twinkled above. However they suddenly stopped and he turned towards her.

"Before this forest is the mountain where the tribe lives." He said.

Her eyes widened, "Already?"

He smiled and nodded peering between the trees, "My father sent me to find you. To answer your question a long time ago."

"I can't wait to meet them! It's all gone by so fast!" Starla exclaimed her tail flicked back and forth excitedly.

"They will probably be waiting for us, you first." He gestured to the forest in front of them.

Her heart thumped excitedly she couldn't help but grin and pushed through and then she was out and gasped out loud.

There was a small mountain looking over a clean cut meadow with even grass and flowers poking through thousand of stars twinkled over head as if the sky shimmered.

She gaped at the incredible sight, she could never see many stars in the city and the air was thin and sick. But here the air seemed fresh and clean, the stars let them be seen glittering beautifully.

Ciaran stepped out with her and chuckled at her face, "Pretty right? Better than the city?"

She paused, "The city is pretty too, in its own way. But not beautiful like this."

His eyes swept lovingly around and nodded, "I understand."

"Ciaran?! Is that you?! Ciaran!" Someone screamed happily.

They looked up confused and saw a fox cub running toward them they heard repeats of Ciaran's name and then she saw an entire tribe running toward them calling and yapping. Ciaran grinned and ran toward them he got tackled to the ground by the cub and the crowd gathered around him, she walked over and stopped a few feet away politely watching and smiling.

The baby fox cub was covering Ciaran in licks and nuzzles, some foxes of the group did too they laughed and hugged and brushed their fur against him and each other like a loving family.

She frowned at the thought. It reminded her so much of her family, when her parents were alive. They would play fight and yap and touch like that, laughing and happy, complete.

"Starla?" A voice asked.

She looked up her thoughts bashed to see Ciaran standing in front of her the tribe of foxes behind him looking at her.

He flicked his tail at the tribe, "Introduce yourself."

She looked at the foxes with the mark of the eye on their cheek and she felt her face heat up. She needed to remind herself that these foxes were also her family she raised her head suddenly seeming shy.

"H-H-Hello...My name is Starla. It's very nice to meet you Ciaran-" She started.

A fox suddenly stepped forward he had a grey pelt and dark grey paws and ear tips he had crystal blue eyes and scar marks along his body and silver whiskers.

"The name's Mouse! It's so nice to meet you, hey where are you from? Are you joining the tribe? Are you Ciaran's girlfriend?" He spoke quickly as if he couldn't get the words out of his mouth quick enough.

"W-what?" She stammered confused.

Ciaran's face heat up and he opened his mouth to speak to Mouse when another vixen stepped forward.

She had tan fur almost golden and a pink flower tucked in between her right ear she also had flowers in her tail, she had golden eyes like Ciaran and a sweet fluffy face.
