Chapter 9. Burning

"Fine!" The boy muttered looking down.

"It was an accident.." He started. "How do you accidentally date someone, Jungkook?" Jin questioned suppressing laughter.

"It's not funny! Girls scare me!" Jungkook whined. "Okay sorry, explain." Jin laughed. "Okay so you know that day I went on a walk without Jimin? Yeah well I ran into Jennie, I sorta hurt her foot and took her to the bench. She started asking me questions and I got distracted by seagulls and well said yes to the wrong question.." He admitted. Jin bursting into laughter.

"So you don't love her?" Jin questioned containing his joy. "Honestly..she is great but I don't really bat for the straight team.." the younger sighed rubbing his neck in embarrassment.

"You're gonna have to end it you know. You can't lead her on like that. It would only hurt her." Jin explained and I only nodded in agreement.

"One tiny problem.." the boy stressed lifting his hand to create a tiny sign. "What?" Jin questioned.

"She told Blinks in a vlive.." the boy stressed grabbing his hair. Jin jumped out of the seat "She did WHAT!?" He screamed causing Namjoon and Jimin to rush out of the room the boys not noticing there presence as Jin started pacing back and forward across the living area.

"Its not my fault! Her big mouth went and said it!" Jungkook defended himself. Jin freezing. "Still, this is bad. Did she tell you she was gonna do it?" Jin questioned taking deep breaths. Jungkook shaking his head. "No. Hitman bang wants to talk to me after dinner." Jungkook whined throwing his head back.

Jin began pacing again shaking his head repeatedly. "Ugh! That girl! I knew there was something there! If anything happens ARMY and Blinks are going to kill eachother! Jungkook! You need to talk to her. Like now!" Jin screeched Namjoon and Jimin glancing at each other before slowly walking near the raging boys.

"What happened Jin?" Namjoon called Jin freezing before pointing to Jungkook. "HIS, HIS GIRLFRIEND JUST ANNOUNCED. JUST ANNOUNCED THERE RELATIONSHIP TO, TO ALL THE BLINKS!" Jin screamed he was so angry he struggled to get the words out.

Namjoon eyes widened as Jimin slowly stepped back making his way to the kitchen avoid anything involving Jungkook and Jennie. "SHE DID WHAT!?" Namjoon screeched. He looked at Jungkook "Did you know?" Namjoon growled. Jungkook shaking his head while dialing Jennie's number.

"Jennie?" He called the two screeching boys snapping there mouths shut as Jungkook put the call on speaker. "Yes babe?" She replied innocently.

"Jennie were you on vlive?"

"Yes.."

"What exactly did you say?"

"I was talking about my food and our tour coming up and that I got a boyfriend so blinks asked who and I said Jeon Jungkook!"

Namjoon gritted his teeth while Jin bit his lip to avoid screaming.

"Why did you TELL THEM?"

"Well..because we are in love.. it's no point telling them after you ask me to marry you!"

"MARRIAGE!?"

"Of course!"

"JENNIE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD BLINKS"

"THEY ARE FAMILY THEY SHOULD KNOW WHEN I'M IN LOVE!"

"JENNIE I'M NOT IN LOVE!" was the last thing Jungkook said before hanging up on her.

Jin and Namjoon both looked at Jungkook and nodded. "What she did was wrong, you did the right thing" Jin explained putting a hand on Jungkooks shoulder. Jungkook was stressed, he didn't care about what he said to Jennie. He told her the truth, he was more worried about what might happen to his career, or worse. ARMY. He knows once BLINKS catch hold of this fight they will attack him, causing ARMY to fight back in defense.
