Zach's mouth curved into his million dollar smile. "Hi."

I mirrored his expression, copying his greeting. I had to hide my flustered cheeks as I realised how good he looked.

He always looked good, that's something that had to be admitted. Right now he just looked insanely good, the black denim jacket on top of the white shirt and ripped jeans he was wearing fitting him perfectly. The white fabric of his shirt made his dark eyes stand out more.

I immediately noticed that he had put a little more effort in doing his hair than normal, making it slightly less messy, and I smiled wider at the thought.

"Are you ready to go, beautiful?"

That was only the second thing he had said to me and my heart was already fluttering inside my chest.

As I nodded, he held his hand out to me. Smiling, I placed my hand in his.

To my surprise, he didn't start walking to his car. Instead, he took something out of the pocket of his jacket.

"Oh no, not a blindfold," I said, letting out a chuckle as I scanned over the black fabric in his hand.

His twinkling eyes locked with mine. "Do you trust me?"

I looked back at him, a teasing smile playing on my lips. "Should I?"

He shot me a lopsided grin. "I asked first."

"Well," I tilted my head to the side, amused. "I'm the one putting my life in your hands here, so."

He started laughing at my exaggeration. "Yeah, okay, you can trust me." He stepped closer, reaching his hands over my shoulders to tie the blindfold together behind my head.

I sensed him wave his hand in front of my face. "Can you see anything?" He checked.

Chuckling slightly, I shook my head.

"Good, let's go." I felt him take my hand again and as he started walking, I took ahold of his arm with my other hand as well, blindly following after him.

He guided me into his car before getting in himself. A few seconds later, the humming of the vehicle informed me that he had started the engine.

"Where are we going?" I asked as the calming sound of the tires gliding against the asphalt filled my ears.

"What do you think the blindfold is for, Princess?" He responded, a chuckle clearly audible in his words.

I mumbled a "dang it" and sat back in the chair, folding my arms over each other. For the next ten minutes I tried guessing our destination, making Zach smile very amusedly even though he answered 'no' to everything.

After awhile I gave up. "Do you know what the funny thing is?"

"Yes," Zach responded confidently. "You."

"Shut up, no," I chuckled. "The fact that everyone who drives past us thinks you're kidnapping me."

"Oh, you didn't realise?" The amusement in his voice had grown. "I am kidnapping you."

I cursed jokingly, an undying smile on my face. "You know, I thought Stockholm Syndrome wasn't a real thing, but I guess it is then."

The few seconds of silence and him slipping his right hand through mine told me he had realised I just told him I had feelings for him. "I promise I'll feed you."
