"Check the mirror one last time. And kiss the past goodbye." - Lady Antebellum - Bartender

"Let's get this party started!" Sana yelled out to everyone, as the girls came into the club. Momo sighed, as she knew she need this night. Her boyfriend of three years dumped her and the girls want to cheer her up.

"Smile Momo, you are a single girl now. Let's get some drink and dance the night away," said Mina, as Momo nodded.

"All right," she said, as the girls went up to the bartender. They ordered their drinks, as the bartender gave them a smile and went off to make them.

"Oh Momo, that bartender is mighty cute," Sana told her, as Momo rolled her eyes. "I'm just saying. You would be really cute together."

"I bet he already has a girlfriend," Momo said, sneaking a peep at the bartender. She does admit he is mighty fine, but still is hurting over the break up. The girls got their drinks and toasted to themselves to have a good girl's night.

Momo was still at the bar, taking a shot of Crown. Mina and Sana were somewhere on the dance floor with some guys they met. Momo called the bartender over to get another shot.

"You might want to slow down on the shots there," he said, taking her glass.

"When you get dumped by your boyfriend of three years, then you can tell me when I can stop drinking," said Momo, looking at him. "I need another shot and make it double." He leaned over the counter and look at her.

"Do you want to talk about it? Us bartenders are good listeners." Momo sighed, as she lay her head on the table.

"My boyfriend broke up with me because he didn't love me anymore. He just say the love just faded away. I don't understand him at all. I have him all my love and attention for three years. I even gave up my dream to be a dancer just for him. Now, it's too late to get into dance school and I'm stuck in my boring job," Momo began, as she kept talking. "Why did he have to play me like that? I thought we were going to get married as well. Why does the world hate me?" Momo started to cried, as the bartender patted her head.

"It's all right, there is other guys out there for you," he said. Momo gave him a look, as he began to speak again. "From what you have told me, I think you are trying too hard to please your ex."

"What do you mean by that?"

"You always want to please him, but in reality, you aren't happy with yourself. You just want to keep everyone happy." Momo looked at him and tried to understand what he was telling her.

"I was happy with him," she said, as he shook his head.

"You believe you were, but you weren't. You push back your dream just to keep him happy," he said, handing her a glass of water. Momo looked at the glass, as he nudge her to take it. "You will thank me later when you aren't suffering a hangover." Momo took a drink of the water, as she looked over to see her friends dancing.

"Do you think I will be happy again?" she asked, as she turned back to the bartender. "I don't think I know how to be happy." The bartender look at his watch and went to his buddy. A few minutes later, the bartender came out from behind the bar and took a hold of Momo's hand. "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to show you how to be happy again," he said, guiding her out of the club.

"But my friends? And I don't even know your name?"

"It's JB and your friends will be fine."

Momo and JB went to the local fair that was going on. They had some good food and play some games. JB actually won a bear for Momo. She was enjoying herself, as she hasn't smile so much in a long time. She really didn't have to impress JB with any of her skills. Even if she lost a game, he wasn't disappointed in her. He just smile and they went on to the next game. They also talk about each other and how they have similar interests. Her ex really didn't have anything of the same interests. Maybe JB was right about everything. She was only pleasing everyone around her and suffering.

"Momo," JB called to her, as she looked over to him. "Want to go on the ferris wheel before we head back to the club?" She gave him a nod, as they walk together to the wheel. They got on and sat on opposite side.

"You know this is my first time being on one," she said, holding the bear close to her. "I always wanted to go on one, but never got the chance." They stay quiet for about a minute or two, before she spoke again. "Thank you JB."

"For what?"

"For showing me that I can be happy again." JB smiled at her and took her hand into his.

"So do I get another date to make sure you continue to be happy?"

"I say that you do."
