Broken Promises *H.MM x W.YH* Part 2

"Good morning, Momo," said Lucas, coming in the room with a bouquet of pink roses in his arms. He closed the door behind him and went to the vase to throw out the old roses. "I'm sorry that I could make it last night. We were finishing up filming our new music video. Now I have more time to come and visit you." He got the roses in the vase and set them on the table. He went to his usual seat next to her bedside and took her hand into his. He sighed, as he looked at his sleeping girlfriend.

"It's been a month since that night. I still remember that night. How I wish I never had to witnessed that moment in my life."

Lucas managed to wake back up and saw Momo wasn't in the room anymore. He hurried out of bed to catch up with Momo. He saw her at the door, as the members were trying to explained to her. She opened the door and ran out.

"Momo!" He called out, running after her. Yuta, Jaehyun, and Haechan went after him. He kept running after Momo, as he want to explain to her about everything. He wants his Peach back in his life and will do anything in his power to do so. They must have ran for a few minutes, as he saw Momo from a distance running across the street. He was heading her way, as he saw the truck heading towards her.

"Momo!" He yelled, when the truck hit Momo, sending her flying over the roof of the truck and rolling onto the road. The truck continue to go, as Lucas ran to his fallen love with his friends following him. He hurried to gather her in his arms, staring at her. "Baby please don't do this to me. I got everyone's approval for us to be together." He cupped Momo's cheek and check she was still breathing and she was. Haechan called for medical attention and the police, as Yuta and Jaehyun were trying to get Momo to stop bleeding by using their shirts. "Please wake up and let me know everything is going to be all right. I will take you to your favorite bakery and get you your favorite, strawberry cake. We can go to the plushie store and get you a new teddy bear to snuggled at night when I can't be with you. I even buy you a new couple rings." Lucas was on the verge of tears, shaking Momo a bit to wake up. "You can't leave me like this."

Soon medics were arriving at the scene and took over caring for Momo. Yuta and Jaehyun moves Lucas away for them to work on Momo. Lucas buried his face into Yuta's chest and cried. "Please don't take Momo away from me. I'm sorry I was a mean boyfriend. I want my girl back." Yuta hugged him, as Jaehyun was holding Haechan, Who was crying. They got Momo strapped up and on the gurney. They got her in the ambulance and looked over to them.

"Who is coming with us?" Lucas looked at them and nodded.

"I'm her boyfriend." They nodded and Lucas headed towards the ambulance.

"We will meet you there," called Jaehyun, as Lucas nodded, as he got in. They let him held Momo's hand, as they closed the door and head to the hospital.

"You are going to make it. I know you will make it," he whispered to her.

Lucas has only failed three times not to visit Momo since the accident. He usually is there for a few hours a day, hoping for her to wake up from her coma. Most of her injuries are healing from a broken leg to a few broken ribs. She had three surgeries to get glass out of her body to two brain surgery to help stop the bleeding. Lucas made sure to be there for all.

"Management finally let me release a statement about us dating and your condition. The fans took everything well and wish you a speedy recovery," he said, brushing her hair out of her face. "Can you open your eyes for me, Princess?" Momo just kept sleeping, as he cupped her cheek with his hand. "I miss staring into your beautiful eyes." He just kept talking to her until visiting hours were over.

"I will be back tomorrow, Momo. We don't have any schedule for the next two weeks. I will even bring you some yummy strawberry cake you love," he said. He leaned over and gave her a quick kiss on her lips like he does every time he leaves. "I love you so much." He gave her hand one last squeeze, as he got up and left her room. He sighed to himself, preparing to go back to the dorms another Momo-less night. He wants her to be in his arms.

The next day, Lucas came in the hospital as usual. He had some strawberry cake with him for Momo. Taeyong, Johnny and Mark were going to stop by so they can have lunch together. Lucas came into the room and a smile.

"Good morning, Momo. I brought your favorite cake today." He set the cake on the table and went to the window. "Let's get a little sunlight in here." He opened up the curtains a bit and let some sun in. "That's much better."

"Lucas..." he heard a voice, as he slowly turned around to see Momo staring at him weakly. She tired to reach her hand out to him, but was too weak. He hurried to her and took her hand. "Lucas..."

"I'm here, Princess. You're awake," he said with a huge smile on his face. He felt tears forming, as he blinked them away. "I have waited so long for you." Momo squeezed his hands, as he was about to go off on everything that happens, but Momo stopped him.

"I know..." she whispered, as he was confused. "I can hear everything you told me when I was sleeping. Just didn't have the strength to wake up to response." She slowly turned her head to look at Lucas. "I'm sorry, I should have gave you the chance..."

"No, it's my fault. I should have been honest with you and explain everything when it happen. But I fought so hard for our relationship to remain one. I never meant to break up with you. I really didn't think my manager would give you the note. He told me someone from the company was watching him deliver the note." He pulled her hand up and gave it a kiss. "We don't have to worry about that anymore. The company gave us their blessing, my members gave us their blessing, even my fans did as well. We can be together once again and I want that to happen." Momo looked at him for a few minutes, as he was getting nervous by her silence.

"You break up with me again, I will never forgive you," she replied, as he smiled at her. "I missed my boyfriend."

"And I miss my girlfriend." He gave Momo a kiss on her lips and smile. "I will have the guys bring your ring so you can wear it again."

"I would love that, but I want that cake."
