"You have acute myelogenous leukemia." Momo froze in fear, as the doctor read her results. "We are lucky to catch it early so we have options."

"What are the options?"

"Chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplant. There are a few choice for you." This is serious, as she is on the highlight of her life. A great career, all her friends, her family, and her fiancé she just got engaged a month ago. It's going to rip everyone when she tells them to news.

"What is the best option?"

"Chemo will work for you, as it has not spread in your body. We need to kill the disease before it gets worse." Momo is scared, but this is serious. It could kill her at an early age if not treated. How is everyone going to handle this? How is Mingyu going to do? Will he break off the engagement and leave her? Will her friends and family leave her as well? She need to prepare for the worse.

"Let's get it done soon as possible. I will let everyone know and tie up loose ends quickly." Sooner she does treatment, the better she can move on with her life.

Momo was standing in front of JYP's office, as she knocked and entered the room. JYP was at his desk, as Momo walked over to him. He looked up to see Momo standing there with a somber look on her face. He set his pen down and motion Momo to sit down. She did, as he looked over to her.

"Is there something wrong?" She nodded, clutching the bottom of her skirt. "You can tell me anything you know that."

"I do," she replied, looking up at him with tears in her eyes. "This is hard for me to tell you but I am really ill. I just found out I have leukemia." JYP got up and moved over to Momo quickly. "They caught it early, but I have to do treatment or it could get worse. I have to leave the group and the agency for a while." He gave her a hug, as Momo cried a bit.

"It's all right, we are going to be with you 100% of the way. We will make sure you get the treatments and be healthy again," he told her. "You are family here and we are going to make sure you are treated like family." Momo nodded, hugging him tightly.

Later that same day, all idols under JYP were in the huge conference room. JYP was standing at the end of the table with Momo seated next to him.

"We have a major announcement," he said, getting everyone attention. "We need be a family for one of our own." He looked over to Momo, as she nodded and stood up. She looked at everyone with her red eyes and spoke.

"I just been diagnosed with leukemia," she told them, as everyone looked at her with concern, fear, and shock. "I won't be around, as I have to go into treatment and stay for a quite. I'm sorry to break this news, but I rather tell you myself before the media tells the world." Crying could be heard everywhere in the room. Momo was trying her best not to cry, as little Jeongin ran up to her and hugged her. He buried his face in her neck, crying. Momo started to sob a bit, as she felt arms around her. She looked up to see JB and Sana holding her, as Momo finally let everything out.

"We are with you," JB said, kissing her head, as Sana nodded with tears streaming down her face. Momo just cried, as all the idols were there crying with her and supporting her through this.

Momo took a deep breath, as she made it to her fiancé's dorm. JYP spoke to the CEO about the situation and allow Momo to come and tell Mingyu and his group face to face. Chaeyoung was with her, holding her hand tight. Momo was glad to have support, as she is going to need it. This is going to be the hardest thing she ever have to do. Momo knocked on the door and waited. Soon the door opened and Joshua was standing there with a smile. He saw the grim look on the girls' faces and dropped his smile. He let them in, as they bowed to him.

"Is everyone home?" Momo asked him. Joshua nodded and Momo spoke. "I need everyone in the living room please. I have to tell you all something." Joshua gathered all the members, as Mingyu walked over to Momo and saw her face.

"Princess, have you been crying?" He asked, wiping the tears that was forming. "What is going on?" Momo helped him to the couch and made him sit down. He was confused by her action, as Chaeyoung squeezed her hand. Momo pat her hand, as Chaeyoung let go and stood a bit to the side. All thirteen members were staring at Momo, as she coughed a bit.

"I'm sorry to barged in like this, but it's really important for me to tell you. You are all like brothers to me and Mingyu and I love you all," she began. Mingyu was trying to stand up, but Momo held her hand up to stop him. "Mingyu, I love you will all my heart and soul. I'm proud to be the woman you want to marry." She wiped the incoming tears away, as she spoke, trying to calm herself. "This is breaking my heart that I have to tell you all this. I never would imagine...to be having...this conversation with anyone."

"Momo, you are starting to scare me," Mingyu said. He has never seen her looking so helpless and emotional like this. She is a strong woman, who all smiles, and can be sexy and cute at the same time.

"I'm sick," she said, crying a bit. "Im really sick. I have leukemia." Thirteen hearts stopped beating for a second when those words came out of her mouth. "I'm sorry, but...." she couldn't stop herself from crying, as Mingyu jumped up from his seat and pulled Momo tight into his arms. She just cried on his chest, as he kept his grip on her. His fiancé, the girl of his dreams, the woman he loves to death, could be actually dying in his arms. Mingyu could hear the sobs of his members but he was focus on them, he hate to admit. His focus was on the woman in his arms. Tears were running down his cheeks, while he pressed tender kisses on her head.

"We are going to get through this," he told Momo, holding her as close as possible. "You are going to win this war. I am going to be with you every step of the way. I will take a leave of absence to care for you. You are the most important person in my life. You are going to be my wife." Momo just listen to his racing heartbeat, trying to calm down. "We will get married once you are healthy again."

"But..." she began, as Mingyu shook his head. He is not going to let her give up.

"We are thinking of the positive, no bad thoughts." Mingyu turned a bit to see what was happening around him. Dino was sobbing hard in Jeonghan's arms, while Seungcheol held Jeonghan close. Joshua, Seungkwan, Minghao, and Woozi were holding hands and praying. Their faces were wet from their tears. DK and Hoshi were holding each other crying. Jun was crying hard, while Wonwoo pat his back and silently crying. Vernon was holding Chaeyoung in his arms, as they were both crying as well. "We are all with you, Momo. Don't you forget that and give up." Momo just nodded, as Mingyu lift her head up to make her look at him. "I love you, Princess, always and forever."

"I love you too, Mingyu, forever and always." He leaned down and kissed his fiancé with passion. Momo is not going down without a fight now she has all the support she needs.

Two weeks later

Momo slowly woke up to see Mingyu, sitting next to her, holding her hand. Momo was admitted to the hospital yesterday to start her treatment. She just had her first treatment this morning, as her whole body was in pain. Even with Mingyu squeezing her hand makes her aches.

The K-Pop world and South Korea knows the news of Momo's health as of last week. Many idols reached out for Momo for support. Momo has taken a leave from Twice, as she will not be performing anytime soon. Mingyu got his approval to take a leave of absence from his own group and all activities to be there for his fiancé.

"How are you feeling," he asked her, running his free hand through her hair. She clinched a bit because of touch giving her pain.

"I'm aching everywhere and feel sick to my stomach," she replied. Mingyu leaned in and kiss her forehead.

"It's all right, I'm here. Soon you will be dance around me in circles. We are going to win, get married, have a family, and be with each other forever." Momo slowly nodded to him, giving his hand a squeeze despite her being in pain. This is going to be a long road ahead, but with everyone support her, she is going to be fine.
