"Why did I say that?" Momo cried to herself, as she was walking the streets alone at night. "I should have kept my mouth shut." Momo could feel her phone vibrated but she choose to ignore it. "You knew it wasn't going to last, but still..." Momo wiped her tears away, thinking about everything. "I was just supposed to be his friend..."

"Oh who is that?" Momo said, softly to Ten, pointing over to a young man.

"That's YangYang, he is going to be apart of the new NCT unit, WayV, the China line," he told her, as she continued to look at him.

"He looks lonely."

"He isn't like that. His girlfriend, well ex girlfriend broke up with him." Momo nodded and started to walk over to him. "What are you doing?"

"He needs a friend." Momo stood in front of him, as he gave her a look.

"Look..." he began, as Momo took his hand into his.

"I just want to be your friend, YangYang. You can use a good friend like me."

"I don't know..."

"Come on, we can get to know each other. I love having friends. Come on let's get some ice cream together."

"N...you say ice cream?" Momo nodded and gave him a smile. "Okay then." Momo jumped in excitement and pulled him over to get some ice cream. Ten watch in amazement at them and shook his head.

Soon they became good friends, even the best of friends. Momo always knew how to make YangYang happy. Momo is just a cute anime character with him, making him smile. They are always texting each other, telling each other's secrets, and hanging out.

Yet Momo was slowly fall for him. Despite a little age difference, she couldn't help but to fall for his personality, charm, and sense of humor. Momo promised she would be just a friend to him. She kept her part of the deal, but doesn't know how long she could.

Momo was at the airport to greet WayV for their success in China. Plus her and YangYang were going to have ice cream today. Momo turned to see them walking out of the airport, as she had a smile on her face. She was going to call to YangYang, but stopped. A beautiful girl was walking with him, holding his hand tight. Momo hid out of sight, as they walked by and got into a van. Momo looked down at the ground and slid down to the floor. While he was gone, he must have got back together with his ex girlfriend. She doesn't know how long she was sitting at the airport, but not once she got any message from YangYang.

YangYang pretty much nearly cut Momo out. He hardly will text her, talk with her, and missed their weekly ice cream hang out. Momo just gave him room, as she was just a friend to him. Momo finally gave up on the ice cream hang out after three weeks. Everyone noticed around her she wasn't herself. Momo kept her sweet self, faking a smile, but her heart was hurting to be rejected by a good friend.

Finally after weeks, YangYang wanted to see her. Momo was so excited to see him after waiting so long. Momo hurry to meet up with him, but that went everything went downhill.

"Momo, I'm sorry but I can't be your friend anymore." Momo heard it loud and clear, as YangYang bowed his head at her. Momo blocked out all sound except the words he told her.

"I can't be your friend anymore."

Momo lowered her head to hide her tears, as she felt his hands on her arms. Momo moved away from him, as she spoke.
