Unnaturally, the quiet was encompassing. Not as silence over the village by lack of noise, but of nothing occurring. An unnerving example of peace that those who had grown in times of war were squirming against. Although it was sought, discomfort frequented the common mind with uncertainty in atypical tranquillity. None who had learnt in blood were soothed by this lapse of war, rather driving them instead to crave for a battle, merely for the sake of holding a blade. Senju and Uchiha alike, both, restrained themselves from leaning to familiarity.

Those unaffected predominantly resided within the Uchiha district. Paranoia not striking the Omega's married into the clan, quite adept with the plain boredom. They conducted themselves in normality while their husbands and Hōmupawā attempted to adjust to the triviality of such a life. Another it did not plague was one soon to be counted among the Uchiha brides, Naruto.

Years of much the same had made him complacent with the inactivity, so he merely wandered about. Now, as he became far more recognized, even respected within his future clan he was greeted while simply walking. For him the respectful kindness was far more of a startle then the lack of violence. Of course, his mind was yet still reeling, not from such a mundane knowledge of the bored atmosphere, or uncertain status.

Yes, there stood an understanding among him and others, that his placement had yet to be fully secured. In fact, the air about was so common to him he half expected to be joined by his old sensei and given a perverted comment. Though he did become slightly amused at the thought, considering the Uchiha's interaction with the Hatake was through clashing blades and spilling blood.

A heavy force hitting at the back of his legs almost made him believe he was being attacked by those of the same clan. Stopping that train of thought required he merely glimpse at his surroundings, no one was panicking or drawing weapons, so no, not a hostile.

As it turned out the form-hugging him, was Kagami, the young child he'd grown quite fond of, and who he would indulge with a visit once in a blood moon, when the world was frightful.

"Naru-san!" His voice was pitched high today, and Naruto supposed his mood was elevated away from recent events.

"That was quite the greeting ya know! I was not expecting a tackle so early in the morning." Nathless a laugh forced the fake irritation as irrelevant, ruining the potential scolding/lesson he'd been planning. That did not bare any effect on an Uchiha child of his particular age group, this he put unto the fact that the boy was likely already trained heavily within the bounds of mortal combat. A baine that he wished to never consider, as it was the fate of every Uchiha borne and that was a tragic reality scaring his mentality.

Keeping himself from such tragic thoughts was knowing that day was not for many months yet. In due course with this was the recollection that his wedding was approaching fastly, in merely another month he would be wed, and likely without virginity to account for. The latter idea bringing him to flush red, much akin to the colour of the Bijuu residing within.

Shaking himself, he forced his smile into that of tranquillity. "What do I owe this pleasant visit from my favourite young Uchiha?" Earning a large grin, Naruto felt delighted at the warm response.

"Kou-san said you agreed to meet with him and your fellow Omega today to discuss plans?" Clearly, the youth was curious as to what that involved. Naru did not find himself ready to explain anything pertaining to matrimony, regardless of Kagami being of age -by clan standards-.

So as opposed to giving answer or hint he merely ruffled the short black hair and bid his thanks. Leaving the child to pout after him, as he made haste. Rather escaped, seen as his desires for this day certainly did not include making wedding preparations. Regardless of it being his own ceremony.
