"And like the moon, she had a side of her
so dark, that even the stars couldn't shine on it;
she had a side of her so cold, that even the sun couldn't
Burn on it."

Soon, it was Friday, the past two days have been really boring, we sat at the soccer players' table with three or four blonde bimbos each sitting on a player's lap, Adrian being one of them, sometimes I would feel someone's eyes drilling into my head while I made myself busy stuffing myself with food but when I looked around, I see everybody minding there own business.
Sitting on the table for 4 days, I observed some things, like the fact that even though Adrian was new Mark and Will seemed to be his old friends, about Mark I knew as I met him in the party but I soon got to know that Will was too. Adrian had become pretty popular in the school and he was now the most popular boy. Girls and even some boys eyed him and other guys envied him. He doesn't act on the attention but just keeps his eyes on his phone, sometimes he would give a smirk to some girls and they looked that they would have melted there. But people make way for him with Mark and Will at his side. And no, he wasn't always in the middle of the trio like some leader or something.
He seemed to not have the best relations with other guys on the team as I once saw him holding someone from the team by the collar and banging him against a locker, I had quickly scurried away from there, not wanting to be noticed. He usually seemed to not be in a good mood around other people other than Mark and Will and he always gave me a nod of acknowledgement and a hint of a smile in his eyes when he spots me. I get confused, he doesn't smile often.
He texted me yesterday, telling me that he would like to hold the tutoring session in the library on Saturday as today the soccer practises would take time.
Josephine and I were pretty good friends now. She was like a small ball of fire, literally. With her 5 1' height and fiery red hair, not to mention her fierce attitude, it was impossible to overlook that impersonation. I haven't yet told her who I am, yet. But she's coming over on Sunday so she'll know.
I am starting with the babysitting job from Monday and I'm really excited to meet the boy! As I said I love, love children. And I really hope he likes me, or how will I do the job? I have told Jules about it and she asked the reason I needed a job and I just told her I'm bored.
Thud
"Ouch!" I almost jumped from my seat. Almost! Don't want Mrs. River to think worse of me. Well, she still likes me even after the incident but still.
I picked up the crushed piece of paper that had hit my head so forcefully. Huh?
As I held it in my hand I noticed that there was something written in it. I straightened out the paper and it read
You are beautiful
Wait, WHAT? Is it for me or was it meant for somebody else and hit me accidentally oh! It can't be for me; but there was no one around me to whom this note could have been. The handwriting didn't look like of anybody I know but then again I don't know many people okay that doesn't give me a clue. I looked around but only to see everyone was doing the work Mrs. River just assigned us after explaining, everyone looked pretty busy.
Even Adrian and Will who were again sitting behind us were doing the work.
"Psst, psst," I hear someone say beside me.
I looked at Joe, seeing her giving me a questioning frown, I just mouthed later. She hadn't seen the paper yet.
I sighed, kept the paper in my bag and then began to do the work too.
