"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

I was running, running as fast I could, trying not to look back.

I was scared, scared out of my wits, but I couldn't stop, I had to keep running.

My legs were shaking, threatening to make me collapse on the street.

I took another turn and entered into an alleyway.

I couldn't give up, not now.

Sweat was running down my forehead and dripping from my nose, but I was cold, cold as ever.

All hopes of escaping crashed when I reached a dead end. My pitiful life flashed before me as I turned around.

My eyes shut tightly as I prayed, prayer was all that could help me.

Faces flashed before my eyes. Some faces that I couldn't even recognise.

I slowly opened my eyes, dreading the moment I knew would come eventually.

There I saw them.

The zombies.

Millions and millions of them. I was the last person her, on Earth. I knew for sure that my end has come when a brilliant idea struck me.

I took one step towards them, and when one was within a hand's reach-
I took its hand and bit it.

It evaporated into thin air and so did some some of the zombies around it. I was stunned.

But the ones left started advancing towards me. I kept my teeth at the ready position. I heard them chanting, "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" The noise grew louder and louder.

My eyes shot open and I groaned at the annoying sound of my alarm clock.

What a hell of a dream it was!

I rolled over to shut up the devil, but my sight landed on the time and I jumped from the comfort of my cosy bed. It was 7:25 and school started at 8. I woke up early today, good, and shocking. I was not a morning person and waking up early was practically a miracle for me.

Today was Monday aka the worst day.

My Senior year was starting today and I was so excited! Ha ha. Not.

Sunday had gone by in a blink, i.e, the day after the party. I had watched a re run of F.R.I.E.N.D.S(this would never get old)and had played Metal Gear:Survive with my twin, Lewis, who always dedicated his Sundays to me, we both made a cheesecake or I should say, tried to. It ended up being salty instead of sweet. Yeah, you guessed it, I put salt in it instead of sugar.

Hey! In my defence, both looked exactly the same! But the cheesecake looked pretty good, because my brother cannot make anything, with the exception of cheesecake.

I was appointed the work of only adding sugar.

Lee's relationship with me is pretty good, he understands that I feel lonely sometimes and therefore never misses a chance of enjoying with me whenever he has time. We are practically best friends and of course, we also fight a lot. Unlike me, he does have a social life.

I decided to get dressed quickly, I did not have to take a shower as I take them at night.

I entered my walk-in closet and rummaged for something good, after all I had to start making a friend because my beloved bestie left me here to rot by myself! I possibly could not drag my ass in school with an oversized shirt and baggy jeans when I want to at least look presentable to the people I'll try to talk to today. I finally settled on a teal colored crop top with full sleeves and skinny black jeans.
