hyunjin actually had plans. he was invited out by two of his friends, jisung and jeongin. they walked he passed the antique shop, or as eunha like to call it "magic shop". he stopped to look and saw eunha through the window, reading a book.

"hyunjin, why are you looking at stairs?" asked jisung.

hyunjin furrows his brows, "stairs?"
jeongin nods his head, "yeah hyung. stairs."

looks like the shop was really only there to people who needed it.

hyunjin shakes his head, "never mind, let's go."

hyunjin and his friends entered the pc cafe to play computer games. it was a saturday and according to his parents he should be studying, but hyunjin decided that he needed and deserved a break.

"how have you been hyunjin?" asked jisung.

"okay." he replied, his eyes fixed on the computer screen, "where are you? cover me."

"how are things with your parents?" this time jeongin asked. he sighed, "the same as always."

"oof, sucks to be you." jisung joked. "that was kinda insensitive, jisung." jeongin tells him.

"oh, sorry i didn't—"
hyunjin interrupts him, "it's cool. it really does suck."

after that the three boys played their game in an awkward silence. the silence broke when they won, resulting in them celebrating.

when they went out to eat, jeongin noticed the chain of hyunjins pendant hanging out of his pocket.

"what's that?" he asked. "oh, it's a pendant. someone gave it to me." hyunjin replies.

"who?" asked jisung. he shrugs his shoulders, "just someone." jisung was suspicious but decided not to ask.

when hyunjin parted ways with his friends, jisung made sure he wasn't able to see hyunjin anymore before asking jeongin, "you think he has a girlfriend?"

jeongin shrugged his shoulders, "i don't know. you think a girl gave him the necklace?"

jisung nodded his head, "we're gonna have to keep an eye on him."

"but why? it's none of our business." said jeongin, making jisung groan. "we're his friends! it is our business, also his girlfriend might have cute friends."

jeongin sighed and shook his head at his elder. "i should hang out with chan hyung more."
