Both you and Jervis you were now outside of your apartment. "One second, let me sit down and put my shoes back on." He nodded and followed you to a nearby bench. While you were getting yourself together you said, "You know, just hours ago I was sitting in this same exact spot waiting for the bus, That feels like a lifetime ago." When you were done you turned to face him. That's when you remembered. "Oh, your hat! Here you go!" He said "Keep it, love. You look better in it than I ever did." You smiled, took it off, and held it close to your chest. You looked up at the night sky and saw the moon glowing down upon you. That's when Jervis broke the silence and said "you look ravishing." You turned to him and he started speaking. "(Y/N) I need to tell you something." You nodded in anticipation. He continued, "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever met. You are so strong and I admire that greatly. I want to stay by your side forever. I never believed in love at first sight but that has changed immensely." He held onto your hands while saying all of this. You started tearing up because of how happy and choked out a sentence or two. "Please, never leave me. I cherish our relationship to the fullest extent. I--" You stopped yourself but continued shortly after. ¨I love you and if you don't feel that way I get it. I know that all of this is happening fast if you.--" He stopped you mid-sentence, kissing you passionately. No words were needed. That kiss told you everything that you needed to know. When you pulled away, you could feel butterflies in your stomach. He was the first one to speak. ¨I must be going. Goodnight my love. Make sure to call. I love you.¨ You couldn't say anything. You were so happy, no words would come out. You gave him a gracious nod, blushing like mad.
With that you walked into the lobby, made sure that the glass doors closed behind you and then let out a horribly embarrassing laugh, jumping in the air. You didn't give a shit who saw or heard you. Little to your knowledge Jervis was standing outside watching you, wanting to make sure that you got it safely before leaving. He was laughing hysterically while walking to his car. "She is adorable."
Still totally oblivious you ran up the stairs. Wanting to get to your room and contemplate what just happened. This night was a dream. You couldn't be more thrilled.
