It's been a week, a very long week at that. I've been helping Jamal with this rollerworld situation, trying to help Monse in getting Cesar out of the gang, and I still haven't gotten one text from Latrelle..
I'm currently looking at my 'costume' in the mirror, it wasn't really a costume but hey I tried.
I was a girly basketball player, Cesar and I were heading to Ruby's house tonight to watch scary movies.
I finished my outfit and we left, making our way to Ruby's house.
We made it there and We walked in.
"Shut-in!" Cesar yelled walking in.
"I thought you were with Oscar!" Ruby said turning to Cesar.
"Good to see you too.." Cesar said closing the door behind me.
"No! It's fine just— take a seat, any seat..not the love seat! and don't block my scented candle!" Ruby said pushing him away from the love seat.
"H-Hey Callie." Ruby said smiling at me.
"Wassup y'all." I said walking over to Monse and she smiled.
"Hey." She said and Cesar sat away from her putting two pillows in the middle.
I instantly walked over to Jamal and we hugged.
We then started talking about rollerworld and Rosé Westbrook.
Monse turned around "please tell me you don't got her brain wrapped around this myth.." she said glaring at Jamal.
We both just shrugged and Olivia came out the back room.
"What do you think?" She asked showing us her cowgirl costume.
"Oh that looks nice." Ruby said blushing.
"So, when are we going out?" She asked looking at us.
"Never!, trick or treating in Freeridge is a no-go." Ruby said.
"Why?" Olivia asked in disappointment.
Ruby sighed and moved the blanket, "You might want to sit down.." he said patting the seat.
"I'll be brief." He said as she sat down next to him.
