The fam and I were at our regular bench. Talking about random ass shit as usual. Until something not so usual occurred.

Thomas walked up and greeted us.

"Heyo." He gave a little wave.

Everyone except me and Eliza exchanged looks. Thomas looked uncomfortable. I felt bad.

"Hey Jefferson." I said. Eliza gave him a comforting smile.

He then looked a little more relax, knowing that we are chill with each other.

"Can I borrow Eliza? It'll just be a sec." He said.

"I don't know, can you?" Herc spat.

"Oh god. Herc, don't be that person." I called him out.

"I'll be right back guys." Eliza got up and walked away with Thomas.

"What did I just witness?" Peggy blinked.

"According to Eliza, Thomas is 'chill' now." Lafayette said.

"Pfft." Herc rolled his eyes.

"Knock it off guys, it's true. He's pretty decent." I said, shrugging.

I looked around to see everyone in complete shock. Eyes wide, eyebrows high, and jaws dropped.

"Quoi?" Lafayette gave a confused look.

"Alex, a-are you okay?" Angelica pat my back in concern.

"Wha-" I tried to speak.

"Guys, I think he's sick!" Peggy said exaggerating.

"You guys are so damn dramatic." I rolled my eyes.

"Can you blame us?" asked Peggy.

"Alexander out of everyone sitting here, I'd expect you to be the last person to say that." Lafayette explained.

"Well... expect it! Cos' I changed my opinion on him now!" I crossed my arms.

Herc shook his head, "strange, strange little man."

"HEY!"

Meanwhile..
Third Person POV

"Okay, so James and I still haven't talked." Thomas blurted.

"Thomas! I thought we already discussed this!" Eliza said in disappointment.

"I know, I know! Trust me, I've been trying to!" He sighed.

He continued, "I think he's avoiding me."

Eliza felt bad for him. She can tell he misses James and genuinely loves him. He's just afraid of judgement. Which is understandable in this case. Being gay is something people still don't accept to this day, something they still put these people down for. It's hard, but Thomas has to show that their opinions don't affect him.

"Alright, I have an idea." Thomas listened.

"What if you kidnapped him?" Eliza suggested.

"What?!" Thomas says in shock.

"Okay 'kidnapped' is a little too dramatic of a word to use for this." she realized.

"Uh, you think?" Thomas rolled his eyes.

"Okay, here me out. James' locker is just a little past the janitor's closest right?"

"Right.." Thomas responded, concerned on what Eliza would say next.

"Perfect. So after the dismissal bell of third period, as James walks down the hall, you are gonna yank him into the janitor's closest. So then he will have to talk to you!" Eliza clapped because of her plan. Thomas stared with a blank face.
