Today is the day I finally graduate from high school. Lesssgooooooooooo-

Currently, I am in my bedroom deciding what I'm going to wear. I don't want to dress too fancy because I don't want to stand out. I just want to get my diploma and DIP.

Right now I am wearing dress pants with a button up shirt.

"Hmm.. it's not fancy fancy but it's not as casual as I want." I mumble to myself.

I walk over to my dresser to view my options once again. I scan over the 6 pairs of pants I own and stop at one.

"This is the one."

"Alex, s'il vous plaît, please do not tell me you're actually wearing jeans to your graduation?!" Lafayette says with disgust.

Hercules, Lafayette and I decided to go to our graduation together. Thus why Lafayette is present to so rudely insult my outfit.

"What do you mean? It's a great balance of fancy and casual, which is exactly what I want!" I explain.

"Alex, when I critique an outfit, you simply accept it. You don't try to justify yourself because I am far more fashionable than you." Lafayette says smugly.

"I think you look quite cute." John says as he walks over and puts his arm around me.

"Well of course you'd say that, you're his boyfriend!" said Lafayette.

"Um... actually, we're not dating... yet." I respond quietly. Hercules and Lafayette express shocked and confused faces.

"What? Why not?" Asked Hercules.

It was awkwardly silent for about 3 seconds and then John and I shared eye contact. He looks back to Herc and Laf and replies, "Oh, uh... I guess we haven't really talked about it much yet."

Hercules changes the subject, "Anyway, Peggy texted me that their on their way to the school with their parents right now."

"Oh right! Should we get going then?" I ask.

"Let's get out of this goddamn hellhole!" Lafayette announces.

Hercules and Lafayette are the first to exit my apartment. I turn to grab my keys and John is beside me.

"Nervous?" He says softly, smiling a little.

"Definitely not." I respond. John is fully smiling now. He reaches for my hand and we exit together.

I pull into the school parking lot and the Schuyler sisters are standing on the sidewalk, waiting for us. When we got out of my car and turned to the Schuylers, Peggy stands on her toes and swings both arms, waving. Angelica gave a normal wave and so did Eliza. Though, she had her hand behind her back, like she was hiding something.

I swing my arm back and Peggy shouts, "WE'RE GRADUATING BITCHES!!!!"

Some people that were in the parking lot as well turned their heads, putting their attention to the sisters for a moment. Angelica smacks Peggy's arm in embarrassment. Eliza simply laughs.
