She grinned and looked back at the sky. "Come sit" Luna nodded me over lazily and let her hand skim across the surface of the sand beside her.

I couldn't will myself to speak as I silently moved over to the space beside her and sat down. But I didn't face the water like she did, I looked at her because she was more beautiful than the morning tide or sunrise. She was my moon and each night had been so dark without her I forgot how bright she shined when she smiled and fuck none of this seems real at all. When's the part where I wake up and miss every moment I didn't spend telling her I loved her because she is so fucking worth it all. When will I wake up and cry because none of this is real? I don't know if I want to just get it over with and lessen the pain or stay in this dream as long as I can.

"Surprised to see me here?" she asked the question casually, and honestly it would have been a casual conversation had I not thought she was gone for so long. She sighed when I didn't answer and looked back over to me. "I got in touch with willow last month, when things started to calm down. She was surprised to hear from me, said you went by the store looking for me. You both thought I was dead hm?"

I nodded slowly, completely awed by how utterly unfazed she seemed by everything.

"Why didn't you call?" my trance fell at the question, her eyes filled with a sad sort of wondering.

"They didn't want me talking to you anymore- management I mean. They thought it was bad publicity. they blocked you from my phone and deleted your number. I tried sending letters but no matter what I did, they never got through and I knew they were taking anything you sent me. I tried so hard to get to you Luna, I really did but it was impossible! and by the time I finally got to New york..it was too late. Willow said you were gone. I even went to the hospital to find out what happened but they wouldn't tell me... All they said was you were near death when you came in and that was it....They made me think-" I huffed, trying to stop the stinging piercing my eyes and rubbed my palms against them.

"It's okay Harry" Luna smiled and placed her hand on my knee, the simple action sending volts of lighting through my entire body.... and she had no idea. Suddenly she blinked and looked at the watch on her small wrist. "I have to go" she frowned. I watched her slowly get up and brush the sand off her legs and hands. It took me a second before I sprang to my feet and into action.

"You can't go!"

Luna laughed lightly and smiled up at me for a moment. "My break is over Haz, I gotta get back to work."

"But-"

"I know, we have a lot to talk about" She pulled a pen out from behind her ear, where it had been hidden in her hair and took my hand. "I don't have a cell anymore but -" she easily took my hand in hers and began writing on my palm. "you can reach me here if you need to. It's Steven's home phone for his house here. Just gimmie a ring and we'll catch up alright?" Luna smiled and tucked the pen back in place after letting my hand go. It was quiet for a short moment before we both simultaneously reached for one another and hugged. My arms wrapped tightly around her waist as I rested my head on her shoulder, breathing in her scent as best as I could. She was real.

" 'missed you" I managed quietly.

Luna's arms tightened around my neck and I felt a light kiss press into the skin of my neck. "I missed you like crazy too Harry" she breathed.

I wanted to stay that way forever but world had other plans. The lady with red hair began calling Luna's name from the shop doors and my phone began buzzing crazily in my pocket. We both shared apologetic smiles before I watched her head back inside. I grinned as she reached the doors and turned back to wave. I let my hand fly up and wave goodbye before watching her finally disappear.
