First things first answer these questionsin the comments so i can make a workout for you and adjust my writing to fit this better.

1.) How much do you weigh?

I know this is a really personal question so you dont have to answer it directly, you can do a range like this

EX: i weigh from 129 lbs to 131 lbs

2.) How much weigh do you want to lose?

If you are super unsure of this you can also do a range

EX: i wanna lose about 60-70 lbs

3.) How does your day work? ( do you have time for excersice?)

How many hours a day do you have for free time basically.

EX: i have about 2 hours a day.

4.) How willing are you to excersice?

Basically are you way too lazy or not.

EX: i am willing to lose weigh at all costs even excersicing.

5.) How well are you with temptations?

Food is always tempting so for this book you will get tips on how to resist the temptation.

EX: i do not do well with temptation/ i give in easily

6.) How many calories do you eat per day?

Usually we have tons of snacks and two to three meals per day take all the food you usually eat into consideration.

EX: i eat about 1500 - 1600 calories per day

7.) How many calories can you restrict yourself to eat per day?

We have control of what we eat and how much of it if you could choose, hoe many would you eat?

EX:i want to eat 400 - 500 calories per day
