so this is my schedule for today along with some cool tips.

first i had:

breakfast. when you have a good breakfast  you are less likely to get hungry.

then i:

made some green tea. its good for digestion and is zero calories. if you cant have tea or cant make it, black plain coffee is a good way to go. it may take a little to get used to it though.

after that i will:

have some self care, it actually distracts you from eating. you can do this by: trying a new hairstyle, wearing some nice clothes, taking a nice shower and shaving( obvs optional), do something to make YOU look good.

and then:

i have my outfit planned, a demin jacket over a black shirt, black jeans and a black and white flannel around my waist. i'd say its a pretty punk outfit.

after that:

i have to put silver nail polish on my middle fingers( nails) cause that is pretty af.

i will then:

( make more green tea for outside)
GO OUTSIDE! not for excersice, so see nature, take a nice relaxing walk ti the park. draw a tree or plant there. get creative.

when im back i will:

journal, ive been meaning to get into journaling and i have the perfect notebook to do it on. it is really good to get my thoughts sorted before doing anything. after that i wanna plan my goal weigh.

and then:

i wanna write a new song. ive been with this idea on my mind for so long and ugh, i need to get it out.

next:

i wanna draw anime style, im not that good at it but hopefully im not bad either.

finally:

i wanna make new collages/post them and study a bit. not anything bad just new words.

this was requested by a friend of mine who wanted to know what i do on weekends  ( i woke up at 8 am for this)
