hello! its been so long sinse i've updated. i start school on the 3rd of September. so here are some back to school ana stuff.

Only take cucumber and some other fruit (apple)

When my mom gives me bread for lunch I just throw it out

ALWAYS HAVE A BOTTLE OF WATER (STAYING HYDRATED IS IMPORTANT!!)

Monster energy (0 cal) will be my savior probably,,,,, for me its Rockstar (0cal)

Eat dinner at home unless I have a good excuse,,, or say you ate at school so ur not hungry

Try to eat little to nothing at night after dinner (distract myself with homework or something)

Go to bed hungry

No binging/eating a lot unless there is a reason (party or something)

Try fasting 12 hours daily (start at night and keep going the next day for as long as possible)

Go to the gym/work out 2/3 times a week and try to start running again,,,,, im gonna go for track when i go back to school

Breakfast: (iced) coffee / if needed a healthy smoothie or yoghurt

If possible don’t eat at school/or as little as possible

On Friday (free from school) try to leave home and do homework in the park or something

So it’s back to school time and I’m beginning school somewhere new. I haven’t reached my ugw at all. But that’s okay, I’m not gonna beat myself up over it. I just need to be a bit more strict on myself. Anyways here are some Ana, school, and self tips for the upcoming year.

♡Eat Breakfast !! A black coffee and an apple even. Something to just start the day

♡Dont eat during lunch, if you do. Bring your own food or buy fruits

♡Drink bottles of water throughout the day

♡Dont pick from others trays at lunch, unneeded calories !!

♡Dont eat before 5AM and after 7PM

♡Dont tell people at school (duh) it can land you in the council office or even removed from school

♡Stay positive, you’ll reach your ugw

♡When your hungry in class, snap a rubber band on your wrist or pinch yourself. It trains yourself

♡Join a sport or go to the gym, even just walk to school and back,,,,, im too close for the bus but its abt a 20 minute walk to and from

♡Underdress, being cold burns calories

♡Sit up straight, also burns calories

✏Focus on your classes, they may be boring but you probably want to graduate with your class (2020)

✏Study !! This is so crucial, make flash cards and lots of appealing notes

✏Create a work place in your bedroom, i.e. a desk, swivel chair, laptop, books, etc. ,,,,,, my mum is gonna buy me a cheap ikea desk

✏Stay out of the drama, it’ll just distract you and be stressful,,,, you already endure enough stress dont put more on yourself

✏ Relationships; not your priority,,,,, my bf and i agreed to not worry abt our relarionship while in school

✏Push yourself to be the best you, my parents only want me to have a C average,,,,, i try to strive for an A avarege
