So on my last chapter, i had a concern of one reader. Just so you know, i do realize the "diet" i made on the last chapter is basically starvation therefore i do NOT recommend anyone to carry out with it or make it anymore extreme.

1.) As you know, your body will get very tired and fragile.

2.) I DO NOT WISH YOU TO CARRY ON WITH ANYTHING ON THIS BOOK. IT IS BASICALLY A RANT BOOK FOR MY SHIT AND MY CLEAN MIND SPACE. I KNOW I  MADE IT SEEM AS IF IT WAS A HEALTHY DIET BOOK. IM SORRY.

Thank you so much for the realization, but i will not stop this book, i just wanted to clarify things.
