Thank you for your answers on chapter 1. It really gave me a base to work on and provide this for you.
As you guys answered the questions in the comments i feel it is only fair i answer them too.
The examples were NOT my answers. I googled the average for a 13 year old.
1.) How much do i weight?
I weigh 129.8lbs
2.) How much weigh do i wanna lose?
60 - 80 lbs
3.) How does my day work?( do i have time for excersice?)
I have about two hours, i have theatre during school and i walk to/from school as well, usually i go rollerskating for an hour after school
4.) How willing am i to excersice?
I am very willing. I already do have a three hour workout that i do on weekends not to mention any extra rollerskating during the week
5.) How well are you with temptations?
I am very well, i dont give in very easily.
6.) How many calories do i eat per day?
Usually about 600 to 650 calories, counting snacks and meals
7.) How many calories an you restrict yourself to eat per day?
I can restrict myself to about 300 to 350 calories per day.
8.) [This is a question i forgot to ask but its really important if you live eith your parents or if someone checks your eating habits...] how well are you with lying?
EX: i get very nervous/ i cant lie very well.
I, personally, lie very well, i dont get nervous, it comes out naturally.
[ this is if someone notices youre not eating much so you can assure them youre fine]
