Look at that lil personal pizza - isn't it so cute? The WHOLE THING is only 115 calories!!! It's super filling too so usually it's my only meal of the day. All you need is:

- a whole wheat mini pita (I use Toufayan)(80cal) (you can also use a rice cake as an alternitive works just as well)

- Ragu traditional tomato sauce  (10cal for 1 tablespoon, which is honestly more than u need)

- any cheese you like!! I use 1/3 a square of pepperjack, which is 25cal

- add some toppings! Spinach! Peppers!! Go for it bud. (usually i put hot sauce on it, which is 0 cal)

Bake that shit in a toaster oven or regular oven on 425F for like 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly!! Super filling, low cal, nearly healthy, and honestly I like it more than normal pizza at this point lol. Enjoy pals!

VANILLA ICE CREAM

So, I decided to try this recipe today and it was pretty good, So I’m writing some tips for anyone who decides to make it :

So, I decided to try this recipe today and it was pretty good, So I’m writing some tips for anyone who decides to make it :

1. The calories will depend on the brands you use. e.g. when I made it, it came out 36cals. Because I used both Stevia and Truvia.

2. It makes 1 cup of ice cream. But since mine had calories I ate only .5 a cup (otherwise it would’ve been 72cals.)

3. The less ice you use, the smoother. You can totally make it into a milkshake!
*Note : if you add more water.

4. Do not use very much vanilla. You may think it needs more, but it doesn’t. It’s not as great the more vanilla-y.

5. I totally recommend making this recipe! 10/10 would make again!

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Really simple recipe!

Ingredients:

•1 tbsp of flour (any you like)
•1 tsp of cocoa powder
•1 tbsp of 0 cal sweetener (i use sugar since i cant eat/ drink sweetner)
•60ml of water
• 1/3 tsp of baking soda

That's pretty much it! Mix it all together in a mug and put it in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.

This cake is around 50kcal to 60kcal.

I sometimes like to add some banana pieces or some other fruit/ingredient just to make it different.
