Ok, lets get started for real.
I see that most of us have a common goal, to eat about 300-500 calories per day.
The next few chapters or so will be solely based of meals and food so warning i guess.
Proper meal plan
This meal plan is basically what people should normally eat on a regular diet.
Breakfast
A proper breakfast is very different for most people, weather it be pancakes or eggs, people usually eat 400-600 calories of breakfast each day
Lunch
A proper lunch is also very different for most people, weather it be rice beans and meat or full on veggies, people usually eat 700 to 800 calories in lunch
Dinner
A proper dinner is light weight. Most people usually will not eat a heavy loaded dinner with many foods. People usually use 500 to 700 calories in dinner.
Calorie intake
Adding it up, an avarage preteen/teen eats about 1,300 to 1,600 calories per day.
My meal plan
this is the meal plan that i usually go by and use on my own diet. This meal plan includes alot of water.
Breakfast
For breakfast i recommend someyhing super lightweight as to not use up all our calories on the first meal.
Usually i will eat cut up apple slices. It is best to cut them up because it will give you this sense of fullness before finishing the full apple and therefore you will eat less.
One cup of water. This should be eaten before the apple because water on an empty stomach fills you up so you wont eat as much of the apple
Water has no caloriesI usually get about 80 to 95 calories for this.
Lunch
For lunch is usually like to eat the most. We have about 405 calories to spend (for a total of 500 calories). Lunch i will usually alternate between foods. Mostly the foods are considered snacks.
Most of the foods are about 300 calories.
One and a half cup of water is recommended before eating.
Dinner
For dinner i will mostly not eat anything. Dinner isnt necessary for the body to function.
If you feel hungry i recommend you to eat a little bit not much.
If you dont want to eat anything, you can drink water.
Idk the calories for this so lets just say ur skipping dinner.
Calorie intake
About 400 calories.
Extras
It felt important to bring attention to this.
1.) You will feel very hungry all the time.
2.) You will feel overall more tired and feel weak all the time.
3.) Your pain tolerance will go down drastically. This is because you are not ingesting as much food as you used to.
4.) Your body will undergo many changes such as- going into caveman mode
|when your body is in caveman mode it will hungrily digest any food it gets.
/ this is because it is not used to getting such little food
/this whole change is your body adapting to only getting 500 or less calories a day compared to how it used to
| your body will start to get injuries more\ things you were good at will become hard.
/ your pain tolerance lessens once you stop eating as much, because it is not getting the nutrients it needs.
/ if you are good at gymnastics for example, a tumble should be easy, but once you start this diet plan, it will be harder and harder bc you dont have the nutriets.
/ injuries will vary. It can be as small as a cold and can go to a broken bone or getting hospitalized.
