its easter. you're freaking out.

how do i not eat everything on my way?

how do i still enjoy easter without eating so much?

help me!

calm down. at first i was like you. but now i kmow what to do.

1.) before eating at all, drink a full glass of water.

2.) while eating, take tiny bites.

3.) drink in gulps of water in between every bite.

4.) this may be hard, but leave the last few bites on your plate. dont eat it.

now these may really help you while eating but what about after?

1.) walk around as much as you can

2.) go play with the younger kids, they're always wasting tons of energy running around and stuff

3.) dont eat the desert

• you shouldnt eat the desert because usually these have the most calories.

• if you are forced to eat desert, eat only a little bit and leave the rest.

4.) easter eggs, try and avoid.

distract yourself, go online, download a new game and try it out. start on that story you wanted to. update your books
