step 1:
ask yourself these questions.
what needs to be done?
do i need to clean my room?
do i need to fold the laundry?
do i need to rearrange my closet?
do i need to fix my nails?
what do i want to do?
do i wanna make a collage?
do i wanna excersice?
do i wanna draw something?
do i wanna get a new hobby?
do i wanna eat something low cal but not the same everyday?
step 2:
make a plan out of those questions!
lets say you nees to clean your room.
so start with that
Saturday
1. clean room
2. fold laundry
3. drink green tea
reminder: drink tons of water
and thrn plan the next day!
