i haven't updated in a while so here you go, my new workout routine.

(60 sec wall sit
100 jumping jacks)i do these first, always then i have a five minute break do my legs are rested.
+
EASY MODE
10 side leg raises each
10 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
30 jumping jacks
20 second side plank (each)
SCHOOL MODE
400 jumping jacks, i used to fit these on my break, so whwn im in the bathroom, on lunch i'd go outside where no one was just try and get as many.
MEDIUM MODE
- 500 jumping jacks, i fit these in between other workouts, can't do them all at once.
-20 sec side plank (each)
-40 sec plank
-20 sit ups
-30 criss cross (scissors)
- 1 min butterfly stretch
-20 lunges (each)
-30 sec toe touches (sitting)
-15 leg lifts (each)
FINISHED HOMEWOEK MODE
- 400 jumping jacks
OTHER WORKOUTS I DO
everytime i go to the bathroom = 25 squats
everytime i put on an outfit = 20 jumping jacks
other stuff but i alternate those two workouts.
sorry that this is so short but i'm having a bit of a rough time, we're moving soon (like next week) i have to do summer reading, get enrolled in a new school, pack up and other things the such.
