The Decision

It was a silhouette of a tall man, if I do the math correctly then the probability of him being Namjoon is really high which immediately brings me to the conclusion that the probability of me getting in trouble is high as well. Now, the chances of me getting busted by the college administration is really high as well, I'm either going to get busted by him, get busted by him and the principal or not get busted at all because this man is secretly a messiah sent by the God of Memes since I have been very regular regarding my meme studies.

"Good Lord, why are you making me stress? It affects the beauty of my handsome face, aren't you well aware of that?" The man had caught up to me and was now observing himself on the glass of the principal's office.

So the messiah is Jin? That's strange.

"The principal is aski―"

"Are you the messiah of memes?"

"What?" He had a blank expression on his face. "What has gotten into you? No, no, I'm not the messiah of memes, I'm the messiah of beautiful people, which is population Kim Seokjin only, although I wouldn't mind being the messiah of memes too."

His face looked like sudden realization had just dawned up on him. He turned towards me and shook his head disapprovingly.

"You got me immersed in your stupid talk, wear your big girl pants, and go to the principal's office." With that, he walked past me without even explaining the reason why I was needed in the office.

I guess I'll get to know it eventually when I make it there.

Like Jin said, I put on my big girl pants and walked up to the principal's office with a confident attitude, I was determined to not be let down by her or whoever was there with her.

I slowly opened the door to her office, a sense of relief washed over me as there was somebody else in the room too, she wouldn't talk crap about me when someone else is there too, right?

She gestured me to walk in, and I bowed and obliged. I didn't bother to look at whoever was standing beside me because in this moment, there's no relevancy of any other human being. The trouble I'm getting into is all because I exist and she exists.

A fake smile crept on her face as she leaned forward towards her desk, both hands on the table. It felt like she was about to investigate the ounce of information I had within me because of that cliché move she just did.

"Ms. L/N, do you know what time it is?"

I pushed the sleeve of my hoodie back to reveal my watch. Luckily, it was not a complicated time to decipher, just 10:15 AM.

"10:15 AM." I answered.

"Oh my God, I didn't mean that time, I meant what time of the year is it? I can read the wall clock, too, Ms. L/N." Her voice sounded frustrated. The other person didn't seem to talk, I don't know why they were just standing there.

"You didn't specify."

She raised her eyebrow and nodded, leaning back into her chair. "Right, my bad. Well, it's almost the end of your third year."

"I'm well aware of that." Why is she telling me this? What makes her think I don't know this? I worry about this all the time because I'll be out of here sooner or later with no guarantee that I'll get a job or not.

"Is your name really Mrs. Cum?" A third voice asked. It was possibly the person standing in the corner of the office serving no purpose of his presence in this room.

She arched her eyebrow in disbelief. "Excuse me?" She read the name plate on her desk. It was covered with dust, making only the words Mrs. Cum visible. She picked it up and blew on the plate, making the dust fly away. Putting it back on the desk, she searched for a reaction on the man's half visible face.
