The Not So Awful Consequences

"Who's this?" Jungkook questioned me while holding the man's legs like he was about to throw him in the dumpster.

This man, I have no clue who this man is. Maybe my mind is too busy searching for a way out of this mess, or I genuinely haven't met him before. On a second note, his presence doesn't seem that foreign to me.

"Let me go, you notorious bas―" Jimin slapped his mouth shut before he could complete his sentence.

"Y/N, you need to make a decision right now, we can't stay here all day!" Jungkook kept looking towards the back door, dearly hoping nobody would come to bust our chaotic asses.

This is one of the most intense decisions I'm about to make in my entire lifetime. No, not the job I'll apply to, but this. You see, there's always a temptation in our minds to literally slaughter the person who does something wrong to you, but you can't actually murder them because that's considered inhumane and illegal and well... because it's freaking murder. Do I need any other reason?

I wasn't really satisfied with my decision, but then my conscience told me that I'll get the boys in trouble too if we didn't escape this place any time soon. "Drop him off, boys. we'll deal with him later."

"We can't do that!" Gasped Jungkook.

"Why not?" Hoseok asked, swaying the man's hands like a child.

"Because..... because..."

Everybody, including the man who was trapped in the hands of 3 college idiots raised their eyebrows at the gamer. The environment was silent, giving off the aura that Jungkook was about to speak the wisest words in the entire history of his existence. This was the climax to the story.

"Because I'm bored. This is not how the movie works." The wise boy finally said his groundbreaking words, leaving us stunned. That definitely wasn't anti climatic at all.

"It's okay. The manga was better anyway." Hoseok reassured as if the situation was in a better place now.

"Can you both shut up? We have a man in our grasp, a man who's on the path to becoming a senior citizen." Jimin interrupted, his voice resembling his 'I don't wanna be here any longer' face.

"Hey! I'm still in my early 50s, I ain't no old sucker!" The man argued as if it was the most valuable piece of information he had provided.

But everything that was not supposed to happen, in fact, happened in a swift movement. Almost half of the college had crowded around the corridor and the principal's office. People were trying to get past the exit, but the security was finally back to their senses since the principal was now here.

"What in the world are you brats doing?! This isn't good for the prestige of this college or me!" The principal whined, holding her head in her hands while wailing in a high-pitched tone. Getting busted wasn't scary. This was.

I was too busy trying to think how to slip from this irretrievable outcome that I didn't notice Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, and Taehyung watching all of this from a safe distance. My mind, being my mind of course, drifted towards the expressions on the boys' face. The variation in their mood was hysterical, but I was in no position to laugh.

This was the first time I must have seen Yoongi gasp, Jin was smirking, Namjoon had his arms crossed and an unreadable expression on his face which I feared more than anything else meanwhile Taehyung looked amazed....? Surprised? Confused? I don't know, but he was unreadable too.

"Since the damage has been made, I just want to know who this man is before I get expelled or kicked out." I turned towards the man who was fuming in every way at me. "Stop glaring and tell me who you are."
