I didn't open it yet, I was waiting for you. His face showed no emotion as he took the letter from my hand. He took a deep breath as he opened the results. He read it out loud. "Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hudson. We appreciate your trust in our lab. The fellow results have been carefully analyzed by our top scientists. In the case of Daniel Shaun Hudson, Finn Hudson is 99.99% the father. In the case of Hope Barbra Hudson, Finn Hudson is 99.99% the father." He stopped reading after he read results. I had no doubt in my mind that Finn was the dad, but if he needed the reassurance, that was fine with me. "Are you happy now? Can you please move back home now?" I asked him gleefully. "His grin quickly vanished. "Rachel, I'm so happy that I'm the father, but that still doesn't justify the fact that you cheated on me. Couples have arguments all the time, but that doesn't mean you should go to a bar and sleep with the first guy that pays attention to you! I'm sorry, but I'm gonna look for a studio apartment." Tears ran down my face. "Are you asking for a divorce?" I asked. He didn't answer. "If you want a divorce just say it Finn." "I don't want a divorce Rachel, but I do want to be away from you for a while." "And what about Daniel, he's almost 5 months, are you just going to be away from him for a while too?" "No, once I find somewhere, I'll take him on weekends or we'll work something out." He went to our bedroom to pack some more of his clothes. He kissed Dan goodbye and went through the front door. As he left, he took my heart with him. I cried myself to sleep become I knew all was not forgiven.
