After finding out we are having twins, Rachel's been stressed out. She smiles it off and acts like everything is okay but, I can tell she's scared. I've been pushing off the engagement lately but, I finally set a date. I'm taking her out to her favorite restaurant to pop the question. I called my mom and friends and her dads to meet us there. No matter how much I know Rachel loves me, I couldn't help but think about her saying no. I put my fear behind me and got dressed. I put the ring in my pocket and went downstairs to wait for Rachel. "Okay. I'm ready." she said. "Wow." "What?" "You look beautiful." "Thanks. Are you gonna tell me where we are going now?" "No. It's a surprise."
We went outside and I opened her car door. When I got in the car my hands got sweaty and my heart started beating fast. "Are you okay, Finn?" "Yeah." I began driving to the restaurant. When we got there, it was empty and violinist were our background music. "Aw, what's this?" she asked blushing. "I just wanted to have a date night worth remembering." "Well this is really beautiful." she said before she kissed me. We sat down at a table and ordered our meal. When it was time for dessert, I knew it was now or never. "Rachel? I need to tell you something." "What is it Finn?" "I love you so much." "I love you too baby." she said. "Wait. Let me finish. I love you so much, Rachel. Much more then you could ever know. Words can't begin to describe how I feel about you. I want you to live your life the way you always dreamed of living it. I want to continue loving you for the rest of my life. I love the little things about you. Like how insecure you are even though you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life. Like how you have this amazing voice but, you swear that you sound like a dying bird. I also love that you took a chance on me and you opened your heart to me." I got on one knee to finish what I had to say. "That's why, Rachel Berry, I want to know if you'd give me the pleasure of being your husband. Will you marry me?" Her face was beet red and her eyes were watery. "Finn..." "So... What's your answer?"
