An Old Face

I was walking behind Clem and Aj while tracing the pattern of the badge that Vi gave me, I'll miss her even if I did only know her for a few days. I take the photo book out and place the badge into one of the slots smiling to myself. Suddenly we heard a gunshot somewhere close to us. "Hide!" Clem yelled. While going behind the trees and bushes.

"Now come on out. I saw a couple of you on the road. How long you think you can hide?" I heard the stranger yell. I turn to see the man Clem pushed into the walkers, he had no arm. "Shit." I heard Clem whisper under her breathe Aj carefully approached her. "Is that the man from the train station?" He asked. She nodded. "How isn't he dead." Aj sounded even more confused. "You can survive a bite if you cut it off fast enough." She explained.

"Stay here." She told him she looked at me taking out her knife and I do the same. She suddenly jumps on him trying to stab his head yet he reacted to fast and blocked it by grabbing her hands. I then proceed to run out and take out his leg by tripping him. "Though little bitches, aren't you."He looked between me and Clem who are now standing next teach other holding out our knives. "Just walk away and we'll let you go." Suddenly she freezes and I look behind her in horror she had a barrel to her head. Clem and I drop our knives not to anger the person to pull the trigger. The man gets up and hits Clem to the stomach and the person that was behind her tripped her forward, placing a foot on her neck. I was about to pick up the knife lying on the ground but the armless dude grabbed me by the arm and kicked the knife away.

I saw Aj creep in the bushes the man then quickly pulled out his gun aiming it at my head. "I wouldn't do that if I were you boy, come out." Aj slowly did as he was told. "I and Able are looking for a kid runs a community here ." "Marlon." The Able guy adds. "He's dead." Clem replied. I looked at the other raider in shock. It can't be. "Li... Lily?" I said unsure if that was true. The lady looked at me in confusion. "How do you--" She took time to examine me. "Why do you look familiar?" I rolled my eyes. "Probably don't remember when you left me when I was 8." I snap. Able pushes the gun slightly harder to my head. "Watch the attitude kid." He warned. "Y/n? Able put the gun down." She commanded. He did so grabbing Aj by the arm instead. "How did you make it this far? I thought you didn't have it in you." I look at her in the eyes. "I'm not answering any of your questions until you let go of Clementine." I crossed my arms. Lily then looked down and moved her foot away from the brunette's neck. One Clem turns to face her she looks between me and Clem in disbelief. "Thought you'd get further away with the RV. What a small world we live in." I mumbled to myself. Lily offered her hand to Clem who declined standing up by herself. "What the hell." Able stood there confused.

"Lee isn't with you." She said Clem looked away. "So he's dead then." She confirmed. "He was kind to me even after I shot that girl." "Carley." Clem interrupts. "Lee should've never let me stay in the group. It was too easy stealing the RV and leave." She explained. "And leave your 8 year old sister on her own. Makes sense." I sarcastically remarked. "I was not a fool like Lee that's why I left, I knew I would never survive long while carrying an 8 year old with me." She turned to me. "But now, you could stay with me in Delta. With Clem and your school friends that live nearby only if you help me get them." I glared at her. "Never." I look behind Lily to see Violet and Louis in the bushes. "Y/n we have working solar panels and running water all we want from you is to fight with us. And you can live a comfortable life. Even if you and Clem want to survive with the little boy you have to pick you or them." She sternly walked up to me. I look back again to see Vi aiming the arrow at Lily. I didn't want to risk it. "Run!" I yell Lily turned around and so did Able just to see Louis run away followed by panicked and hesitant Violet. Able throws Aj down and aims at them. And so does Lily. I elbow Able in the gut with all my might and he holds his stomach as I pick up Aj and the knife in the bushes while Clem tripped Lily and we all ran.

While we were running we heard a gun fire and Aj fell me and Clem turn around and Clem pulls him up. They were catching up which wasn't good they fired but this one we managed to avoid.

~After few more quick time events and running away from crazy Lily later~

We lost Lily and able in the herd of walkers that came across our way. Clem ran into a walker that I stabbed in the head. "Be careful." I chuckle. "Clem..." Aj grunted in pain as he held his side while leaning on the tree. "Shit I'll try to take out as many as I can, while you look after Aj." Clem says and runs at some that were close to us. "You're gonna be ok alright goofball." I try to comfort him. After few second Clem runs back to the tree in shock I turn and see some dude I couldn't really see what was on his face but he threw a bolder at a tree which distracted the walkers.

He walked up to us a realised that the thing on his face was walker skin I felt myself shiver in disgust he then whispered. "Follow."
