This is the worst. I detest shopping and even worse I have to talk to patronising strangers asking intrusive questions about my life that shouldn't matter to anyone but me and the people involved. I should probably give Vanya her necklace now before she buys another one to go with her outfit for the interviews. After knocking on the door, I entered into her room, immediatly noticing her change in outfit and I assumed it must have been a borrow from Allison.

"Hey Van" I tried out the new nickname casually,

"Van? That's new" She remarked with a smile.

"I like it, Van. I have something I need to give you. Close your eyes." Taking the necklace out of my pocket and dropped into her open hand.

"Oh Five, it's beautifull"

"Really? You like it? Do you want me to put it on you?" I asked nearly buzzing in excitement. My finger tips brushed the back of her neck softly as I pulled the clasp together. After Mom's bell interrupted our moment, she kissed my cheek and ran out the door. I held on to the warm place on my cheek where Vanya's lips had been with a smile.  Another bell jogged me out of my trance and caused me to trip on the way out of the room.

Ben and I sat on a bench in the shop with our father. Hargreeves was judging Luther, Klaus and Diego's choice of clothing while I sat bored out of my mind and Ben immersed in his book and oblivious to his surroundings.

"Five, Six. Your turn." Hargreeves bellowed causing Ben to flinch and close his book. With a dissatisfied grunt I grabbed my suit and changed into it quickly.

"Here. Can I go now?" I said back with a frown, he nodded and turned to look over Ben's outfit. Joining Luther, Klaus and Diego in the queue I wondered what Vanya would be wearing. It wouldn't matter she looks amazing in everything, I just hope she doesn't feel to lonely without me.
