Weak... ordinary... useless... not important enough... poweless... stupid...
The words swirled around my head like a tornado attacking and ripping down my defences, leaving me to my insecure, lonely self. I stare at the cieling, Five's arms are still wrapped around my undeserving body. Harold showed me the truth about myself. Not only am I useless and stupid, I'm destructive and manipulative. I didn't hold back when I started to hurt him. Maybe I am evil, I always thought these new powers were a blessing but maybe they're a curse. This must be why Hargreaves refused to give me the knowledge of my powers and restrained my abilities. He knew I was evil and malignant he was protecting himself. Protecting himself from me... Before I could dive even further into these dark and disturbing thoughts, the door slams open and Hargreaves himself marches in and stares me down.
"Number Five, remove yourself from Number Seven immediatly. I have news." Five blinked and groaned, snuggling back into me.
"Five you have to get up" I whispered in his ear. He sat up ridgidly and made challenging eyecontact with hargreeves.
"Seven, after you're outburst last night I have decided you are going to train on your own."
"What why?" Five asked incredulously.
"If you must know number Five, Seven's powers are dangerous and volatile. I want her to harness them and be able to go on individual missions that require her exact skill set."
"Individual missions, are you crazy?" Five yelled.
"Excuse me? Do you not think I can handle it?"
"Vanya, I'm sorry but not after yesterday. I think you need time to recover."
I was rendered silent, his argument made sense but I didn't want to adress it. That would mean admitting defeat to Harold and the emotions he envoked in me easily.
"I'm not some fragile doll Five. I'll be fine and frankly I find it offensive you think I can't do it." Five gaped at my confidence but I simply ignored it and stormed past them both to my room.
They weren't going to stop me now. I was unstoppable and insatiable to prove them wrong.
