This is a story of change and how bittersweet life can be.
"Hoseok, wake up!" Yoongi happily began poking him. "What?" Hoseok felt the energy radiating off of Yoongi.
"The announcement! Namjoon will post it in five minutes!" Hoseok smiled and got up from his couch.
They walked over to Yoongi's studio.
"Okay let me refresh and..." Yoongi practically jumped out of his seat when he saw the post.

"Now for your announcement", Hoseok tapped his phone.

All the comments made Yoongi warm, it gave him butterflies in his stomach.
It had been a year and Yoongi decided to cut you off for the best. You wished him well and you two ended off on good terms.
Yoongi had made a new mixtape or album, whatever you would want to call it, it was his most aggressive.
His song "The Last" received mixed feedback, but the only opinion Yoongi cared about was his fan's. They loved it, they loved how raw Yoongi was, how much he trusted them.
Not to mention the world knew he was bisexual.
Thanks to Jimin for letting him be apart of his "Serendipity" music video, Yoongi got to kiss Jimin one last time. Kissing Jimin again reminded Yoongi why he loved men, they're beautiful too.
Everyone knew Jimin was gay but Yoongi? So Hoseok spoke on his behalf as Yoongi was overwhelmed stating, "Yoongi, he loves women and men, to him they're both beautiful, love is love."
Needless to say everyone was surprised.
"You think-" but Hoseok cut off Yoongi before he could continue.
"Yes, we'll still be nominated for an award." Hoseok knew Yoongi had finally changed.
Anyone can tell.
His smile was pure, his eyes shinned.
He constantly had fan meetings, went live, he grew to love his fans more.
"You might run into (Y/n), at the award ceremony." Hoseok reminded Yoongi.
"That's fine! I kinda miss (Y/n), as a friend! I need to say thank you, you know for everything."
It was true, Yoongi has changed.
He changed in such a beautiful way, he was a flower that finally bloomed to it's true beauty for the world to see.
But as the world fell for Yoongi and his gummy smile that they just began seeing, Yoongi had his eyes set on one person.
Hoseok.
Yes, Yoongi realized how amazing Hoseok is. He saw how Hoseok shinned brighter than anything he had ever seen.
Hoseok was definitely caught off guard, and at first Hoseok rejected Yoongi. With time Yoongi proved himself, and Hoseok eventually said yes.
So Yoongi was finally the better version of himself.
"Maybe life isn't bad after all." Yoongi whispered while playing with Hoseok's hair.
