13 minutes before I could clock out. Thank the Lord.Today was ridiculously tiring.
I went to the employee room and grabbed my purse, car keys and jacket.
"Look tired Angie." My coworker Rebecca said as she came to her locker.
"I am, time to quit just about."
"The best time of the day!" She said, planning her locker shut and exiting the employee room. I grabbed my things and walked back to my station. I texted Kyjuan back.
"Hey Angel." A deep voice from behind me said. A voice that had been haunting me for months now. A voice my body wouldn't ignore if my life depended on it. I turned in my chair and looked up at him, with a smirk. His tall, chocolate body in his white coat...I bit my lip slightly. He was one position away from being the boss that ran this floor.
"You don't look so good, everything okay?" His smooth, deep voice said.
"Just tired you know." I shrugged.
"I'm sorry." He said, walking behind me and massaging my shoulders. I closed my eyes. "Knots everywhere... how about a massage parlor before work tomorrow?"
"That sounds great." I said. He spoke right by my ear, to where I could feel his warm breath on the side of my face. Chills ran through my body.
"Done. 7am tomorrow." He said, dragging his hand across mine. "But I did come over for a reason." He said.
"What's that?" I asked.
"I'd rather not discuss it around so many people." He said, making eye contact and walking off. I grabbed my purse and jacket and dropped my keys in my purse, following where he'd walked off to with my eyes then walking the same direction.
He'd walked to his actual office with the desk and computer set up for conferences and patient evaluations. He shut his door behind me and locked it. I sat my purse and jacket on his desk.
"It's nothing bad, I promise." He said, motioning toward one of the seats. "Please sit." He said, leaning on the edge of his desk. I sat.
"What's the issue?" I asked.
"It's kind of a big issue." He said.
"Am.. am I doing a procedure wrong or was there--" I stammered.
"No." He said firmly. " You're doing your job just fine Mrs. Davis. It's just one thing you've been missing." He walked right in front of me, staring just below my neck at my clevage. The center of my body throbbed to my heart beat extremely hard. My breathing got harder as he ran his fingers through my hair. I put my hand over his and looked up, then stood, body pressed to his.
"You've been missing me, haven't you?" He said low, with his hands on the small of my back. It's been 2 weeks. A whole 2 weeks, of course I fucking missed him. I just couldn't say it like that.

I walked in the room to Kyjuan in bed flicking through channels.

"Sup." He said, eyes not leaving the screen. "What happened?"
"Patients papers and stuff. Had to be looked over before I left, it was brought on me the last minute and by that time my phone was dead."
"Oh okay." He said and sighed, turning the tv off and lighting a candle by the bed, giving the room a dim glow.
"I also have to go in early tomorrow to finish it up on time." I added.
"Okay." He said. I went to the in room bathroom and took my hair down and wiped off my makeup. I went in the room and got undressed and put on a night gown. Kyjuan stared.
"Hm?" I said.
"Nothing... you're just really beautiful." He said, putting his hand on my thigh. I laid down beside him and he wrapped his arm around me. "Baby," He began. I looked at him. "I miss you."
"I miss you too."
"I know there was tension a couple nights ago but I don't want tension with you I love you."
"I know baby, I feel the same... I love you too." I said. He snuggled against my neck.
