Next day, Saturday Morning

"Yes 2 spray cheese's, I got it. Love you too." I hung up as Kyle and I drove to the supermarket. I sat with his earbuds in and gazing out of the window to the right of me. My boy was getting. big too fast, 16 already, almost 17.

"Who was that guy, Mom?" Kyle said.
"Nobody important." I sighed as we finished shopping and left the store.
I walked into the front door and we dropped the groceries on the kitchen counter.

4 episodes in, 3 and a half hours had passed and it was the afternoon. I got up to go pee and came back to Ruby rolling up. I plopped in the bed and she pressed play. There was a knock on the door.
