A Tale As Old As Time

After they shared their first kiss as husband and wife. When the cheering died down, my parents stood up. The court became silent and all stood up with them. My parents made their way down the steps and to where Father Time stood. We all then took our seats back.

Belle and Adam turned to my parents. Belle let go of Adam and stood in front of them, standing straight. Adam moved to the side allowing the attention to be on her.

Belle kneeled on a cushion that was placed in front of her.

"Belle Aurid Praís, now wife of Prince Adam Aurid of Auradon. Your entrance to the royal life, has been through the love you share with your husband. A royal's life, depends on their Kingdom. To place the authority and care for their Kingdom. Auradon has longed for a King and Queen for a long time now. Your marriage has brought a new temporary Princess, now it is only a bit of time until the coronation will take place, for Adam to take his place, as rightful King." My father said, the court stayed quiet.

"Belle, a Princess's life, is not only based on luxury, richness, and style. It is based on the attention, hard work, and commitment to make her Kingdom a better place. A Princess must never look away, she must take her place, stand strong and lift her Kingdom up when other can't. A Princess must care for her Kingdom as much as she cares for her husband." My mother said to her.

"Belle, do you promise to be loyal to your position as a new Princess?" My father asked her.

"I do."

"Do you promise to committ and get through to any obsticle that comes your way in saving your Kingdom?" My mother asked.

"I do."

"Do you promise to take care of your new Kingdom by your husbands side, never letting it fall?" My father asked.

"I do."

"Then as King and Queen of the Spirit World, we give you the title, Princess of Auradon." My parents said together in union. Both my parents held the Blue Moon Wand with each hand and together gently placed it on her as they spoke.

When they retreated the wand, Belle looked up and stood up straight again. Facing people. Now we all stood up and looked at her.

"Princess Belle of Auradon." We all said together and cursteyed and bowed to her.

Adam then took her hand, and both arms linked, walked out of the court down the aisle. As they walked, we took our white rose petals set in front of everyone, and threw them in the air at their direction while cheering. A symbol of purity and good wishes from us to them.

As we exited the court, Adam and Belle got in a carriage to take a stroll down Auradon as Prince and Princess.

Edward and I walked arms linked, with our families out of the court.

"That was so beautiful. I loved it. It really is different than normal Human weddings." Alice said as we reached the carriages.

"Well, we'll see each other at the Aurid Palace." Anna said and we nodded. The Moons ride one carriage, while the Cullen's another.

"I'll go with my family, I'll see you there." Edward said and I nodded. We let go and got into our carriages.

Reaching the Aurid Palace, we went inside into the grand ball room, where the rest of the ceremony would take place. There was a large table, labeled Moons and Cullens with a small tab. We set our purses down and greeted people. We talked amongst ourselves and with others.

Edward got to meet more of the rulers whom he had not met before.

"Young man, you take care of her, Princess Elsaira is the most unique Princess there is! She has a heart like no other, and the bravery of an entire army!" King Rory said to Edward. I only chuckled as he lectured Edward.
