The Stress of Planning

"What do you say?" I asked and he nodded.

"I think this could work. But the problem is.... you'd be giving up so much." Father said.

"Just temporarily." I said and he sighed. The book from old times told a law that existed many many years ago, only to never be used again, no one has found proof of that law on paper, it was lost. Though my father knows it very well did exist, we still have to find it to make everything official.

*Edward Cullen*

"A double wedding? Are you kidding me? You give me only weeks to work with this? Two and a half weeks, Edward!" Alice said to me with her hands on her hips.

"The King and Queen still have to decide. But yes, that is what we were thinking." I said and she sighed.

"Okay, well if she puts enough effort, we can make it work." Alice said.

"Bella must be stressed with the war and her duties as future Queen. You promised her that you would plan it, you must not stress her. I want this right Alice." I said and she signed but nodded.

"Now, how can I help?" I asked and she sighed.

"Oh, I'm guessing your engagement has to be announced first. But I'm not really sure about that. However, I'm 90% positive that someone from here goes and tells the public first, then you two make an appearance." Alice said.

"I need you to call Amanda Wallis, tell her to bring rings to choose from and tell her to be very discreet. In the meantime, I'll call Sylvia." Alice said and walked off. I went to the nearest phone and called from the memorized number I remembered from before.

After arranging that, I returned to Alice.

"She'll be here tomorrow morning at 9am." I said and Alice nodded writing it down.

"Yeah I know, don't worry, I'll keep you updated. Just come tomorrow at around 10:30am...... okay.....sure! Alright, bye!" Alice said and hung up.

"Tomorrow at 10:30am, appointment with Sylvia for wedding dress." Alice wrote down.

"Alright! Now, I'll call an invitation printer store, and ask for an appointment." Alice said dialing a new number. I gave her the 'what do I do?' Look.

"Go get me a great photographer!" Alice said quickly and in her mind gave me a number. I heard so many things in Alice's head such as theme colors, table clothes, cake tasting, dessert tasting, vase picking, decor, which band we'd want to play, invitations, guests, outfits. So many more things at once. I suppose she's right, a wedding in two and a half weeks is so short notice. Perhaps it wasn't good. Maybe we'd need more time?

"Wait!...." Alice stopped me.
"Bummer! He'll be on break. Alright get me this one." Alice said giving me a different number in her head.

A few moments later, Elsaira walked in.

"Yeah so do you think that would be possible?..... oh today? Oh okay, hold on she's right here," Alice said to her phone and then turned to Bella.

"Bells, are you free today at 4pm?" Alice asked and Bella thought about it.

"Yeah." She shrugged.

"Great! She said yes. Of course..... we'll be there. Thank you! Bye!" Alice said hanging up.

"Alright so engagement photos I can do them in a few days. Say.... the 23rd at 2pm? Wedding photos, I'm free that whole week. You just have to give me a call." Tristan York, the photographer I called said.
