Asahi's POV

I was awakened by the blinding sunlight this morning, as it was slowly seeping in through the window. This night I had slept wonderfully, to which I haven't really found a reason.

So I got out of bed, but I quickly noticed that Danny wasn't still sleeping, seen as he was absent from the room. I guess he does come across as an 'early bird' kinda person.

With that I put on some clothes and slowly walked down the stairs; making sure not to wake anyone who's still asleep.

Immediately after entering the living room though, my attention was first caught by an almost fully set table, followed by voices coming from the kitchen. From the sounds of it, Danny and Nat were already up and arguing in the kitchen.

"We don't know if everyone likes that! Just make some plain omelettes, I know for certain everyone likes that." By now I had approached the kitchen further, and it became clear what the kids were arguing about.

"What do you mean? Scrambled eggs are the same as omelettes, but just way better. If everyone likes omelettes, they will love scrambled eggs for sure." Danny retaliated.

I entered the kitchen. "Good morning kiddos!"

"Morning dad."

"Good morning Asahi!"

"So... you two having trouble with the breakfast?" Nat rolled with her eyes like she usually does when she's annoyed.

"It's just Dan who makes it troublesome. He thinks it's better idea to make scrambled eggs, while we already know that everyone likes omelettes and we don't about scrambled eggs." She sighed.

"Like I said, scrambled eggs are the advanced versions of omelettes, so they will surely like them." He replied.

If this keeps going, there'll be no end to this.

"Now calm down, both of you. Why don't you let me handle the eggs for breakfast, I have all kinds of different recipes, so no need to be worried about not liking it." I explained as I gathered all needed ingredients.

"Now Nat, if you could go and wake up all the girls, then they can all order exactly how they want their eggs for breakfast, alright?" Luckily, she nodded and went upstairs without any protest.

"You know, I wasn't really shocked to see you up early Danny, but when I saw Natsuki up early too... Now that, that was shocking." I laughed. "Usually she doesn't really get out of her room until late in the morning, so it seems that you have a pretty good influence on her, huh." I grinned slightly.

"O-oh well, uhm... I-I guess it seems so... I mean, earlier this morning I just came down to drink some water, only to find Natsuki here f-for the same reason. And the rest happened as you are able to see." He explained while motioning towards the table, which had been set.

"No need to act so stiff Danny! You make it look like you did something suspicious." I patted his back.

"Hahaha you're right." He smiled with slight red face. Guess I made him a bit uncomfortable.

Natsuki's POV

"Well then, younglings, all of your eggs are ready." Dad announced as he handed everyone their specifically ordered omelettes, and Dan's scrambled eggs.
