Chapter 13 |Just one kiss|

|Shadow's.POV|

Who would've thought that it only took one hard punch to the head to make him go crazy? Feeling bad about it I sat on my nightstand and watched him sleep all night. His constant twitching and whimpering made it seem like he was having a nightmare. But now and then a smile appeared on his face. Oh wait never mind he already had a permanent smile on his face.

|~•Sun Rise•~|

I hated the sun it was too bright for my preferences so I closed the curtains. The nighttime is much more peaceful when you don't constantly hear the morning birds chirping. I swear I wanted to grab them and squeeze them in my hand until their little heads exploded.

The only morning songbird in my life that I needed was right there in my bed sleeping away. Such a beautiful Angel all to myself. I slide myself right next to him and hold him close as if he were a soft teddy bear. His reaction was really funny because as soon as I wrapped my arm around his waist he started screaming in his sleep. I laughed at how funny he looked while this happened, his helpless little body wasn't doing much for him.

Suddenly he woke up in fright and started scratching and clawing at his arms making himself bleed. I smiled and backed away while watching him. "stop. Stop!STOP!!STOP!!!" he shouted. I wonder what he thinks he's seeing. He might be seeing hallucinations right now.

"Oh no, Sonic it's got your leg too," I said sarcastically and pinched his knee. He screamed louder and scratched his arms and legs hard. I laughed at his stupidity, it's fun to tease someone with hallucinations. You can mess with their minds while they have no idea what's going on.

"Get it off me." he continuously whispered. "get it off. Get it off. GET IT OFF ME!!" He screamed. At this point, I don't know what he is seeing but it's got him clawing his skin off. I held his arms down and softly pinched his nose until he sneezed. And suddenly...he stopped hurting himself.

|Sonic's.POV|

It was like I was waking up from a dream except it was real. I could feel my legs twitching and the painful burn started to set in. When I took a look around the room the walls were melting and a black liquid looked like it was coming out of the walls. Whatever it was it looked like it was filling up the room. When I turned my head to look at Shadow his face looked very scary and unnatural. He was blurry and his face looked like it was melting off his skull. The strange black liquid was coming out of his eye sockets and streams of blood were pouring out of him.

|Shadow's.POV|

He was staring at me like I was gonna kill him. I remained still as this was just another hallucination that would eventually pass. He held up his hands and stared at them like there was something on him. But from what I see there's nothing on him.

|Sonic's.POV|

I only looked at my hands to see if there was anything on me that was wrong. My skin started peeling off on its own. There wasn't even any blood it was replaced with the same black liquid that I'd seen before.

The room started becoming darker and darker that I thought I'd suffocate and Drown in it. The room was being filled up with this black liquid and I thought it was going to kill me. It felt like I was sinking into a black hole and I could hear screams echoing in my head. Voices that sounded familiar but I could never figure out.
