Chapter 16: Another dream, Another message.

After the day of the party, Margaret, my mom, fixed her things for the trip which is actually today. I woke up with a head start as I fixed myself up in my grey leggings and purple sleeveless shirt alongside with my combat boots and gloves. I went towards the courtyard where my mom is putting her stuffs in the carriage. "Good morning Monster! How's your sleep?" Mom ask with a start. I smiled at her and answer. "Good morning too mom. It was actually fine." She turn around and smiled as she hug me. "I will miss you my darling. Be careful and watch over the others." I hugged her back. "I will Mom. You can count on me." I suddenly heard the coach of the carriage telling her to get in. We both pull away and waved our goodbyes. As I watch my mom leave the palace, I felt a hand on my shoulders. "We can do it." I turn around and saw my friends smiling at me. I smiled back. "We can." They all hugged me and suggested to join in for breakfast. I nodded and followed them too.

As we entered the banquet hall, we ate our breakfast and had a little chit chat. Then something came up at me. I suddenly felt a headache that made my eyes flash green. "Ugh." I ache. They looked at me with worried faces. "Mal, what's wrong?" Alex ask as he approach me for comfort. "I... ugh... don't... ah... know!" I said as my head ache more. Angel and Cass approached immediately as I try to fight back the pain. I scream in pain and fell from my chair but Alex caught my fall. "Mal! Hurry let's bring her to my room." That's all I heard from them as I felt being lift up and brought somewhere. My headache kept on giving pain in my body as I try on resisting it. "Don't worry Mal, you'll be alright." Alex said as he keep on running while carrying me bridal style. I slowly felt relief when we reach Angel's room but the aching haven't left. "Uugghh." I kept on moaning from pain as I was set down on a soft and fluffy bed. As I kept on resisting the pain, I felt a hand holding mine. I tried to look who it was. I saw Alex showing a faint smile but I felt his fear from his eyes that he saw my eyes glowing wildly and bright.

Suddenly, I felt a fuzzy feeling on my head and it soon made me fall asleep.

~Alex's P.O.V~
I saw Mal in pain as I set her down on Angel's bed. I felt worried at her so I tried calming her down as I hold her hand. I looked at her and saw her beautiful eyes still in its green color glow. I gave her a faint smile as she tried to smile back. I looked at Angel who is trying to focus on Mal's head as her hands glow making Mal feel sleepy as she close her eyes. "Will she be alright?" I ask as Angel answered while focusing on healing Mal. "She'll be fine. Her powers shows off in a wrong time I guess." I looked back at Mal who was sleeping again but kept on holding my hand. She really look peaceful when she is asleep. I looked at Angel and saw her eyes glowing white like she is in Mal's head.

I closed my eyes, hoping that it will end soon. Suddenly, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned and saw Angel beside me. "Mal is talking to someone. I think she is talking to Hela again." I sighed in relief as a smile grew on my face. "I can take it from here now. Thanks Angel for helping." "Your welcome. That's what friends are for." As she answered, I heard the door close as I felt that she already left the room. I looked at Mal and smiled in relief knowing she is alright. After minutes of waiting, I felt the drowsiness filling my eyes as I let it close making me fall asleep.

~Mal's P.O.V~
I looked around and I was back again in the void where I met Hela. I walked around again and saw her once more only this time she is with her husband Terro. I kneeled down before them. "My creators." "Rise Daughter of the mistress of the dragons. I have great news for you." Terro said as I look at them and rise from my bow and stood up straight. "Hela and I are glad to say congratulations for getting the news on being the new guardians of the realm. I am most certainly proud of the seven of you. Now for the next step, you will be giving them their official positions by using their skills, talents and their personality. I entrust you on this one Mal for you will be the leader of your friends. After your mom is done with the council, you will be leading your group to another location. You seven should travel to the the homes of your friends for you need to find seven different relics that matches your colors. Your mother will explain more when she gets back but for now, I guess it's time to let you guys train and for you to wake up in slumber." As he finish his message, I immediately realize what they did. "Wait what?!" I suddenly felt their touch on my shoulder and I immediately woke up.

My eyes glowed green again and it automatically stopped. I breath heavily and felt something warm on my hand. I looked at my side and saw Alex still sleeping while holding my hand. A sudden blush crawled on my face that made me hot. I tried to keep myself calm as I flop back down on the bed and tried to rest from everything that happen to me.
