Chapter 1: After Debut

December.

It's almost the end of the year and almost welcoming a new one. But instead of spending it with our love ones here we are in a crowded waiting room. Going busy for our up coming performance in KBS Christmas Special Music Festival.

I roam my eyes around the room looking at the running unnies and oppas with eight girls doing their own things.

Nayeon unnie and Jungyeon unnies are talking while getting their make up done. Mina and Momo unnie practicing their dance break performance. Leader-nim Jihyo practicing her vocals. Dahyunie was finding the cameras inside the room. Chaeyoung playing with her phone. I diverted my sight to our maknae who is staring blankly at the wall.

When she noticed that I was looking at her she gave me the 'what you looking at' look. I just gave her a nothing smile and continued to put the monitor pack on my back.

Seconds later our assistant unnie came running from the crowd and quickly assisted me. She helped me putting the monitor pack and she let me sit on the couch.

"Sana-ssi just sit in there and you might hurt yourself again you'll be performing in 15 minutes." unnie said

"oh okay. Gomawo unnie."

She just gave me a nod and left to assist the others.

We are a newly debuted girl group named Twice consisting a nine member group. We debuted last October 20 and performing in this festival means a lot more exposure for us. Promoting our group in the Kpop society.

I never thought I could debut with my fellow Japanese trainees Momo unnie and Mina-ah. Momo unnie was eliminated in sixteen and Twice was a supposed to be 7 membered group but JYP Pdnim made a shocking announcement during the final episode that he'll add two more members.

Including Tzuyu-ah in the cut because of her popularity and lastly Momo unnie because of her talents and hard work. Jihyo was chosen to be our leader because she trained the longest among all of us, and she deserves it after all the critism she received in sixteen.

We will be performing our debut song Ohh Aah and Do it again tonight since we don't have much songs yet. It was a really big honor to be performing tonight with the fact that we just debuted a few months ago and our popularity is just on its first step of a very high staircase.
